Located in the heart of the medano and at the same time in a very quiet area, a few steps from the beach and its pleasant avenues where you can breathe a summer atmosphere throughout the year, spacious, bright, with 3 bedrooms, ideal for families and couples. This apartment has all the ingredients for a unique stay in Tenerife.
Ideal for families, lovers of the coast and hiking, as it has capacity for 4 people, with 3 cozy bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room and a large terrace. With the beach just a few steps from the house, in one of the most beautiful villages of Tenerife. Besides being very well located, very close to the South airport and with a fast connection to the motorway.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, terrace with sunbathing area and shower, fridge, microwave, oven, hairdryer, sheets and shower towels, Internet Wifi.
Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 22:00 and 23:59 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
