This model home caters to the outdoor lover with 2 upstairs porches, 1 large deck, and a brick patio to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee and grill out.

"30A Bliss" has all you need for the perfect family vacation, girls trip or long-weekend with your friends. Just steps to walk to... Provisions Bottle Shop & 30A bike path, private gated boardwalk to the beach and seasonally heated private community pool. Home includes cable tv, wifi and private parking for two cars. The community allows for golf cart parking as well.

"30A Bliss" is in the heart of 30A and minutes from all the action of the emerald coast. Alys, Seacrest, Big Chill, Watersound (1 mile), Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, Camp Creek Golf Club (2 miles), Seaside (6 miles) and Watercolor (6.5 miles). Multiple State Parks, as well as shopping, entertainment, and dining options all nearby. Just 25 minutes from the Panama City Beach Airport.

THE SPACE
Primary Suite: King-size bed, master bath with double vanities, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and large private deck to enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise or wine under the stars.

Junior Suite: Queen-size bed with private bath shower/tub combo, closet, and flat screen TV.

Guest Bedroom #3: Bunk room: Three beds - queen sized bunk bed w/ XL twin above and twin trundle below , private bathroom with walk in shower, tv and a closet.

Laundry room: with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Living & Dining: The entire upstairs is one large open floor plan encompassing a large flat screen tv, dining table (seats 8) and full service kitchen with bar top seating (seats 4). The vaulted cypress wood ceiling evokes a beachy feel and tons of windows surround you for beautiful natural light. Enjoy the serene tree-top views by stepping out on the two balconies fro a toast and breath in the ocean air!

Kitchen: Jenn-Air/Bosch appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, oven/stove top, dishwasher) Coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, microwave and quartzite counter tops. Stocked with kitchen gear essentials to prepare your meals and five o’clock happy hours.

This charming resort community in Seacrest Beach, located just minutes from Alys and Rosemary Beach and just a short drive to Seaside and Watercolor. The intimate private resort community features, a natural secluded atmosphere and offers a seasonally heated community pool as well as private gated boardwalk to the beach, with beach chair and umbrella rental service available right at our beach access for your convenience and enjoyment!

Bike to local parks for an up-close look at nature, enjoying magnificent coastal dunes, lakes and waterways. Bike rental service available for direct delivery to the house. Bring your golf clubs for world-renowned golfing at area courses or excellent tennis facilities. Don't forget about the amazing restaurants, multitude of shopping on 30A, Pier Park, as well as the famous outlet malls of Destin, and Sandestin!

Seacrest Beach has some of the highest sand dunes on 30A and is home to Camp Creek Lake, an undisturbed rare dune lake surrounded by walking trails. 30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village along 30A has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful white beaches.

This is not a “big company managed” vacation rental like most along 30A. This is our family's home and we have a full time dedicated, super friendly and helpful property manager available to you directly by cell and in person. Our cottage is full of charm, clean (no shoes inside), well maintained, and lovingly care for with special attention to the details for our guests enjoyment.
