neighborhood was pretty decent- but the host was overly accommodating- didn’t have to strip beds, she helped with early check in- just amazing over all- i will book this every time we go to nashville.

Traveled with my fiancé, my parents and our small dog for a quick weekend. The house is well appointed, has many bedrooms to accommodate large groups and has comfortable furniture to make it feel more "homey". Ann is a wonderful host and is great at communicating. The fenced in back yard is very nice especially for letting the dog out to run for a little bit so he was not always on the leash. My only issue with the property is there are no lights on the back of the home to see the back yard. While there are lights on the enclosed porch, they do not throw enough light to see the back yard, the walkway or the paved parking area. Also, be advised there are multiple stray cats that roam the street and sit on the porch so be aware when opening the door. Everything else was wonderful and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Great Nashville house close to town!

The house had lots of sleeping space with 5 neatly decorated bedrooms. Modern kitchen with living area and great porches for our group of 8 to hang out together. The property manager Ann is super helpful and very responsive! Just a quick Uber ride (or an extended walk) into town!

Birthday Bash in Nash

I was able to celebrate my 70th birthday with my husband and all my kids/spouses..it’s hard getting them all together in one spot at the same time! Needles to say we had a blast in Nash! Our house accommodated all of us with our own beds and privacy! We would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

Birthday celebrations

The house was perfect for 12 adults. It is well stocked with everything you need, and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but very close to downtown. Ann, the property owner, was very prompt to answer communications. She sent check in information as well and other information in advance of our visit, and she checked with us on our day of arrival to make sure all was well. We were very happy with our stay with our fur babies. The large fenced backyard was great for our dogs. I highly recommend this VRBO if visiting Nashville.

Amazing! Amazing!

This house exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 10 in Nashville for the first time. This house was the perfect place for a large group as it was so spacious. The beds were ultra comfortable and the outdoor screened in porch was a perfect spot to unwind as a group at the end of the day. The neighborhood was very quiet and accessible to downtown via a short Uber ride. I highly recommend this house. Great experience and Ann was fantastic as well with great communication and suggestions for restaurants and honky tonks

Book immediately!

A perfect fit! From the luxurious beds - we even had leftover spots (no bunk beds, no pull out couches counting as a bed), vanity area, fully stocked house, screened in porch, extra parking, backyard to spread out and play some cornhole, the absolute Uber-Jedi’s that were fast and cheap from the house to anywhere in downtown and last but definitely not least…our amazing hostess Ann. She made it EASY, hassle free and a true pleasure 👏👏👏🎶🎸🏆

Wonderful house for a Bachelorette!
