I have been in Nashville for over 20 years and love the character and people! I enjoy introducing others to Nashville for the first time or welcoming them back!!!

Why they chose this property

This property blew me away with the high quality upgrades, the huge yard and most of all the location! It is centrally located to be conveniently accessible to Downtown/Broadway, the upcoming River North and TopGolf and the unique restaurants of East Nashville!

What makes this property unique

You won't be able to decide what is best! The super comfy bedding and soft close drawers OR the beautiful screened in porch with string lights and being able to enjoy gathering and games!
