Newly refurbished open plan three bedroomed gite. Set on the very edge of the small commune of Vauthion. Very quite location but only a few minutes drive from all amenities. A bird watchers paradise, ideal for cyclists and fishermen alike with a plan d'eau less than a mile away. You have a choice of full sun or shaded seating/lounging areas in the rose scented garden. The hot tub/spa can be used well into the night with its twinkling fairy lights. Free sat tv, washing machine and dishwasher.
