IT HAS THREE BEDROOMS WITH TWO BATHROOMS OF WHICH ONE IN THE ROOM, HAS A LARGE VERANDA COVERED WITH LARGE TABLE AND SEATS.
INSIDE BEYOND THE BEDROOMS THERE IS A LARGE LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHEN AND EQUIPPED LIVING ROOM WITH THREE SOFAS, TV AND GRANITE FIREPLACE.
THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH INDEPENDENT HEATING WITH HOT WATER.
THE HOUSE IS AT THE SEA OF THIRTY KILOMETERS, APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES OF TRIP IN A PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT AMONG CORK TREES AND MEADOWS WITH SHEEP AND COWS AT THE PASTURE BRADO.
THE HOUSE TAKES THE SUN ALL DAY FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET, IT IS APPROXIMATELY 2,5 KILOMETERS FROM THE INHABITED CENTER OF TEMPIO PAUSANIA, THE ACCESS ROAD AND ALL IN ASPHALT.
THE VERANDA ENJOYS AN EXCEPTIONAL PANORAMA ON THE CAMPAIGNS OF THE CITY OF TEMPIO PAUSANIA AND MOUNT LIMBARA.
THE TWO BATHROOMS ARE EQUIPPED WITH VATER, BIDET, WASHBASIN AND SHOWER WITH HOT WATER.
THE KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING.
AND GAS STORAGE OUTSIDE THAT ALSO FEEDS THE KITCHEN.

Limited information

I cancelled the stay on arrival although we stayed what was left and left that morning. It will be classed as one night. The property is secluded, but the degree of exclusion is not guveiand or the exact location until you have paid. We arrived at the property at about 12 midnight on the 7th June. There is a small sandy track from the motor way about 700 metres to the house. From the motor way to the town shopping centre is about 4km maybe more. There is no WiFi, we were completely and totally cut off from society. There is no bus service to to the town . You would have to order a taxi and pay for them to come to you take you out and bring you back. Approximately €60-70 on our first night we paid €165 to get to the accomodation. We explained to the host wonderfully understanding honest and truthful man. He said he will take charge of €100 and refund the rest to us. Will that refund come from you or him please❓ I sent you a message over 7 day's ago on your complaint section, but in l have not received any response so far why ❓

Gli ospito sono arrivati e dopo aver visto che la casa era in campagna hanno detto che la casa non andava bene per loro poichè non avevano alcun mezzo di locomozione. Ho fatto natare che nel mio annuncio è chiaro che la casa è in campagna a tre km. dalla città. Volevano che io annullassi la prenotazione e sono rimasti una notte poi mi hanno chiesto di accompagnarli alla stazione degli autobus,cosa che ho fatto. Naturalmente io ho tenuto la casa a disposizione poichè era prenotata e loro mi hanno chiesto di rimborsare la somma pagata per la prenotazione. Sono persone che evidentemente non hanno mai prenotato una casa vacanza e non si rendono conto che la disdetta deve essere fatta entro termini precisi. Hanno lasciato la casa sporca senza riconsegnarla come avrebbero dovuto per contratto.

Logement très agréable et très bien équipé, avec vue superbe sur la montagne et Tempio. Très bon emplacement pour visiter le nord de l'île et en même temps avoir un vrai havre de paix. Hôte particulierement à l'écoute et donnant de bons conseils. recommandons vivement !

Comfortabele accommodatie

Comfortabel ruim huis dat hoewel afgelegen erg dichtbij het leuke plaatsje Tempio Pausania ligt. Dus rust als je er voor kiest en levendigheid en terrasjes binnen 3 km. Prima uitvalsbasis voor Noord Sardinië en plezierige flexibele afstemming met de eigenaar.

Prima verblijf

Wij zijn hartelijk ontvangen en verzorgd door de gastheer. De accomodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien en vrij gelegen in een groene omgeving met wijngaard en (fruit)bomen en biedt veel privacy. Van hieruit is het noordwesten, noorden en noordoosten van Sardienië goed te bereiken. Het bezit van een auto is beslist noodzakelijk. Boodschappen kan je doen in Tempio Pausania (plusminus 15 minuten rijden). Er is een restaurant dichtbij de accommodatie. Het oude centrum van Tempio Pausania is beslist een bezoek waard.

Maison dans laquelle la propreté laisse a désirer, toile d'araignée et poussière partout. La maison est certes en pleine campagne mais quand même ! Mise a part ça la maison est agréable et la vue sympathique. Il y a 2 chats a nourrir, les enfants ont adorés mais les chats veulent entrer dans la maison... allegiques sabstenir! On a pas eu d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours dans la douche puis une fois oui, une fois non... Le propriétaire répond rapidement et est sympa et il parle français!

Il cliente non ha capito come funziona un miscelatore per doccia ed secondo lui non vi era acqua calda in casa. Le ho spiegato che per avere l'acqua calda occorre girare il rubinetto miscelatore verso il rosso e da quel momento l'acqua calda è miracolosamente arrivata. La casa è immersa in una vigna di 9000 metri e le ragnatele si possono formare in pochi minuti.

Très bon séjour

La maison est très correcte et spacieuse et bénéficie d'un immense terrain. Le point négatif est l'incompréhension au niveau des dates qui nous a obligé à prendre une nuit d'hotel non prévue et très cher. Sinon le séjour était excellent

Ferienhaus mit schönem Blick auf Tempio und den Monte Limbara

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf Sardinien und in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Danke an Marco für den herzlichen und offenen Empfang, Danke für den Wein und das Gebäck und einen besonderen Dank an Antonello! Zum Haus und Umgebung: das Haus liegt wunderbar in einen Weinberg eingebettet, welcher bewirtschaftet wird. Wir wurden aber durch keine Arbeiten oder ähnliches gestört, wir blieben allein und konnten die Ruhe genießen. Tempio Pausania liegt ca. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt und bietet Möglichkeiten für den Einkauf alltäglicher Dinge (Empfehlung wäre der Conad Supermarkt) sowie die Möglichkeiten Abends Essen zu gehen. Man benötigt prinzipiell auf Sardinien ein Fahrzeug, ohne eigenes Fahrzeug würde ich das Haus nicht mieten. Die Straße zum Haus ist etwas holperig, man kann sie aber problemlos mit einem normalen PKW befahren. Das Schönste am Haus ist die überdachte Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Blick über den Weinhang nach Tempio Pausania und dem Monte Limbara. Wir genossen jedes Frühstück und Abendbrot! Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand und war sehr sauber zur Übergabe. Es besitzt Fensterläden, welche tagsüber die große Hitze abhalten. Man muss wissen, dass man sich in ländlicher Umgebung befindet und nachts auch mal die Hunde der Umgebung wegen Wildschweinen o.ä. anfangen zu bellen. Es hat an nichts im Haus gefehlt, außer dem Wlan, welches in der Anzeige leider aber immer noch erwähnt wird, es aber nicht gibt. Die Räume sind ordentlich groß und bieten für 5 Personen Platz bzw. Schlafmöglichkeiten. In den Schlafzimmern befinden sich große Schränke für Wäsche etc.. In ca. 35 Minuten ist man an der westlichen Küste und kann dort die Badestrände bzw. die malerischen Badebuchten besuchen. Santa Teresa Gallura ist ca. 50 Fahrminuten entfernt, dort kann man auch mal die Fähre nach Bonifacio auf Korsika nutzen. Auch in ca. 35 Fahrminuten ist man auf der Spitze des Monte Limbara, kann dort verschiedene Wanderrouten laufen, eine kleine Kirche bzw. eine Madonnenstatue anschauen oder gar die ehemalige Nato-Station mit ihren riesigen Parabolspiegeln erkunden (Lost place vom Feinsten). Nochmals vielen Dank den herzlichen Empfang und alles Gute nach Sardinien!

Uitstekend en ruim huis

Prima huis. Groot, goed verzorgd en schitterend gelegen. Van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is gastvrij en behulpzaam. Een min punt is dat de WiFi niet werkt. Stond wel als voorziening in de omschrijving

Magnifiques et reposantes

La Maison est magnifique, très propre, avec grand séjour, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains et une grande terrasses couverte, en plein champs de vignes ! l'accueil du jeune proprio est exceptionnel, avec un plateau de gâteaux traditionnels et une bouteille de vin à la min :) rien a dire !
