The apartment extends over the entire ground floor, surrounded by a 440 m² garden, olive and cypress trees. The external part also has a herbarium which contains basil, rosemary, chives, etc. to give an extra flavor to your dishes.

Your garden is cared for daily by our robot to always ensure an English birth.

The internal part has a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom and master bathroom. The covered outdoor area is divided into a living and wellness part.

External part:

The covered living area has an outdoor sofa, 65 ”TV area, 6-seater table, outdoor kitchen, bar area.
The wellness part consists of a Finnish sauna, treadmill, stationary bike, Whirlpool and relaxation area.

Großzügig ausgestattete Wohnung

Am Ortsrand sehr ruhig und etwas versteckt gelegen, nur der Bach in der Nähe rauscht im Hintergrund (nach Regenfällen auch etwas lauter), ist die Wohnung mit allem erdenklichen Komfort ausgestattet. Selbst Alexa und Apple Air Play sind vorhanden. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Neben Bildern schmücken auch Skulpturen die Räume. Wir hatten noch ein paar heiße Sommertage, so dass wir die Klimaanlage, besonders in den Schlafräumen, sehr geschätzt haben. Dank der variablen Folienfenster kann man den Außenbereich witterungsabhängig vergrößern oder verkleinern. Wir haben vor allem auch den abendlichen Spaziergang mit Hund durch die nahegelegenen Apfelplantagen genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Moderne, stilvolle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Gargazon

Die FeWo ist außergewöhnlich: sie besitzt einen sehr großen, offen gestalteten Wohnbereich, den man zum Garten hin öffnen kann und einer zentral platzierten Küche. Der weitläufige Garten, die Sauna und Spinning-Räder im Wohnbereich und der Spa runden das ganze ab. Eine zweite Küche steht im "Innenbereich" zur Verfügung. Beide Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und es sind reichlich Teller und Besteck verfügbar, um nicht ständig das Geschirr in der Spülmaschine zu spülen zu müssen. Die 2 Schlafzimmer (eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit 2 Einzel-Betten) sind im Vergleich zur restlichen Wohnung klein aber ausreichend. Es gibt jedoch nur 1 Duschbad mit WC und eine 1 sehr kleines WC mit Waschmaschine. Das 3. Doppel-Bett ist in der Coach im Wohnzimmer integriert. Entgegen der Beschreibung verfügt die FeWo nicht über 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, und ist daher nicht für 3 Familien mit entsprechender Rückzugsmöglichkeiten geeignet, kann aber schon 6 Personen aufnehmen, wenn man sich arrangiert und entsprechend abstimmt. Abgesehen von der Bad/Schlafzimmer-Situation haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da die Lage und Aussicht optimal ist. Christian, der Vermieter, war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank.
