Nice Studio for rent in a Residence located in a quiet area on the border between Torremolinos and Benalmádena Costa, very close to Puerto Marina and Carihuela. It consists of a living room with 2 double sofa beds, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony with great views of the sea, and everything you need for guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Air conditioner.
Ideal for 2 people max. Four.
The studio is located in an elegant complex with swimming pools, gardens and community parking, a living room with a ping pong table and a small library.
Good communications, supermarket a few meters, shops, restaurants and leisure areas very close. The airport a few kilometers.
It is also rented for a long period (5-6 months).
Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment as they found it.

I’m a solo traveler so the studio was ideal for me, lovely views from the balcony and location was great beach only a 5 minute walk away,shops were less. Also the studio has everything you need,plenty of restaurants and bars close by, buses and taxis. Thanks again

Lovely little studio, with all the amenities needed. The place was clean and tidy, for a good price. Bonus, great balcony, where you could watch the most amazing sunrises.Communication with Donatella was easy and quick. I’ll come back, that’s for sure!

Super hôte accueillante et d'une grande disponibilité

Nous avons séjourné à quatre dans ce petit studio, où tout est mis à disposition pour qu'on s'y sente bien Donatella est une hôte formidable qui a à cœur de nous faire passer de belles vacances. Le studio est équipé de tout le nécessaire. La vue de l'appartement est spectaculaire. Tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied, comme la mer le véhicule est donc une option. La résidence est propre et sécurisée tout comme la piscine. Nous remercions encore Donatella pour ce merveilleux séjour qui s'est adaptée à nos horaires d'avion avec une arrivée très tardive le soir.

Estudio pequeno mas acolhedor e acomoda bem 4 pessoas (tem 2 sofás cama). A única desvantagem é não ter internet. Piscina ótima para adultos e crianças

La experiencia en general no fue mala, aunque si que faltaba un poco de limpieza La ubicación no está mal, tarda muy poco en llegar a la playa y la piscina también está bien La propietaria fue amable y flexible con nuestra hora de salida

Es la primera vez que alguien hace una critica acerca de la limpieza de este estudio, leyendo otros comentarios los huespedes dicen todo lo contrario. Me quedo un poco perpleja... y me pregunto que si usted consideraba que hubiera un problema de limpieza, porque no me lo ha dicho a mi directamente? Lo habría solucionado desde el principio de su estancia. De todo modo intentaremos mejorarla. En cuanto a la experiencia que usted dice "no fue' mala", lo siento, pues para el resto de huespedes ha sido mas que buena como habra' podido ver en otros comentarios. Gracias y un saludo

Una estancia de 10

Desde el primer momento, la cercanía y buen trato ha estado presente. Una comunicación fluida todo el tiempo y gran facilidad de organización. El apartamento está cerca de prácticamente todo en la costa del Sol, todo muy limpio y completo,y es un lugar muy tranquilo,cosa que es de agradecer. La piscina es bastante grande y es perfecto para desconectar con la familia y niños. Sin duda volvería a repetir!
