Entering the house, we can find the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. On the right, there is the dining room, which comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Continuing, we can find the living room with seating for 6 people, television, and views of the beautiful terrace. From the living room we must highlight the high quality enclosures, because they do not let the slightest noise inside, although the street where the apartment is located is very quiet, and very few cars pass by.

The terrace has 20 square meters and it is super nice to enjoy it with a glass of wine or a cocktail, after an intense day in the vibrant city of Madrid. The terrace has an automatic control controlled awning, as well as the blinds are automatic. Without a doubt, it is a luxury to have this incredible terrace in the center.

In the internal part of the house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom and the other with two single beds. To highlight in this bedroom we must mention the skylight located on the ceiling, which brings natural light to the room. The bathroom attached to this bedroom is complete with a bathtub and also has a skylight on the ceiling.

From the living room and up some stairs, we find the Mastersuite, with double bed and en suite bathroom. This room overlooks the terrace located on the lower floor.

* Upon arrival we will request the signing of the Contract of the stay, and the passport of each guest.

* If during your stay you need a cot or high chair, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost.
* Two sets of keys are provided.
* If you reserve the apartment for six people and still want to use the sofa bed, you must pay an extra cost of: 20 euros per night.
This additional cost includes the clothes of the sofa bed and that is prepared for your arrival.
