New Casatori is a very gracious and brand new studio at the 5th floor with elevator of historical building, with concierge in one of the most important streets of Bologna A private balcony with great view of the city center, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner, if you like. The location is perfect in 7 minutes. You can easily walk to / from the train station in 15 minutes always covered by porticos.
The area is very busy and full of shops, supermarkets, food markets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars / cafes and well served by bus for any destination.
New Casatori has been completely restored a few months ago and has equipped with A / C, a beautiful kitchen - with washing / drying machine, dishwasher, big refrigerator / freezer, electric oven induction hob, extractor hood, table with 4 chairs.
The bedroom has a large double bed and a comfortable double bed.
A fully equipped bathroom with large shower completes the apartment.
All bed, bathroom and kitchen linens are provided.
The apartment can host 3 adults and an eventual child under 12 year.

Such a great place!

This was a great property for visiting Bologna. It is just like it is in the photos and very clean. It is really convenient to the airport, train station and the historical center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again on another trip to Bologna. I highly recommend this apartment.

A lovely stay. Perfect size for a couple. Clean and all the little touches were well thought out and generous. We were given a gracious welcome to Bologna from the very friendly and helpful owners, as well as a gracious farewell. We would definitely stay again!

Two weeks in Bologna

Great apartment in an excellent location. Easy walk to railway station for excursions. Short walk to historic centre. Contact from owner early on meant that we had no problems either checking in or at any other stage. Did not need anything else to make our stay perfect.

Great apartment in the heart of Bologna

We stayed 7 nights in this great apartment. Modern, clean with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Right in the heart of Bologna within walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants and bars. We were also able to walk to the railway station for our day trips to Venice and Florence. An amazing time in Bologna❤️❤️❤️

New Casatori was the perfect spot for my husband and myself. We are both senior citizens, Celebrating our 50th anniversary. This apartment was immaculate, safe, elevator, comfortable bed, washer and dry. and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It was the best home away from that I have rented from VRBO! I wanted for nothing!

Perfect place in Bologna

Best studio apartment we have stayed in. Additional bedding, towels and hand washers supplied. Everything you would need was supplied including umbrellas. Great view from balcony even though on busy road. New lift had been quite completed when we arrived so hosts helped with our bags to fourth floor and even organised a meal at a local restaurant as compensation for the issue with the lift.

Trevor e Sylvia sono stati per me ospiti speciali. Amichevoli, simpatici e rispettosi. Con loro c'è stato subito un ottimo feeling e spirito di collaborazione. Purtroppo per un problema tecnico i lavori per il nuovo ascensore non erano stati terminati nei tempi promessi e quando sono arrivati i miei ospiti abbiamo trovato la sorpresa di dover salire 5 piani di scale con le valigie. Naturalmente li abbiamo aiutati, ma ero molto dispiaciuta, anche se loro sono stati veramente gentili e hanno capito la situazione. Quindi abbiamo con piacere offerto loro una cena, il minimo che potevamo fare. Il giorno dopo l'ascensore funzionava regolarmente! Hanno lasciato tutto in ordine e sarei felice di averli ancora miei graditissimi ospiti.

Heart of Bologna

We received are very warm welcome and orientation from Raffaella. Really enjoyed our 3-night stay in the heart of Bologna and an easy walk from the train station. Everything in the unit was great. We just found the air conditioner a little underpowered for our comfort at night. But would stay again.

Stylish Apartment Centrally Located

The apartment is a studio so small for two but very well-designed, clean and well-outfitted. Great use of space. Communication with the property manager was excellent. A lot of thought was put into the amenities. Our only complaint was the very hard mattress, uncomfortable for 75-year-old backs! The pull-out couch was better.

Raffaella and Marcello were so on the ball, helpful and welcoming. We got lost coming back to the apartment the first night and I called Raffa. She was calm and directed me to where I was going. The apartment is a one bedroom/studio and located in a historical building. The lift is fun the view is spectacular. The pictures don't do the view justice.

Nice apartment. Convenient location.

This apartment is in a good location on the very edge of the most historic part of the Bologna. The owners are friendly and the apartment is well kept. The top of Basilica di San Petronio is visible from the apartment, which is less than 10 minutes walk. Bologna Centrale/Central Station is 15 minutes walk. There are city bus stops (and a tobacco shop which sells bus tickets) in front of the building. There are multiple buses that will take you to the train station in just a few minutes. Other things that are close by: a small grocery and coffee bar. I would stay here again.

fantastic apartment in central location with great view

we loved this apartment rental for our first week in Northern Italy. Rafaella was super helpful with suggesting dining recs too and in making some reservations for us too. Apartment was as advertised-elevator, comfy bed and pillows, good shower, well located, quiet and well stocked. washing machinetoo. we sat outside on the patio every night before dinner and enjoyed the breeze and the view. Day trips to Ravenna and Ferrara and amazingly fun Italian Food Days tour. Check out the international organization, International Greeters. We toured with a father and son one afternoon in Bologna and with another in Ferrara. We loved our time in Bologna and in this very comfortable apartment. Thanks Rafaella!

Great location, wonderfully equipped, and a view!

We could not have asked for a better stay during our time in Bologna. Our hosts Raffaella and Marcello were wonderful and generous and the apartment was perfect - clean, well equipped, very reasonable, and in a great location near the city center. We ate breakfast every day on the balcony overlooking the red roofs of the city and could even see the central Due Torri from there! Raffaella was immediately responsive on all our questions, though she gave us such a thorough briefing when we arrived that we did not have many. The apartment has a TV and strong wifi, and our hosts provided a map of the city, and even a bottle of wine for us in the fridge! When we return we want to use the same place and we will probably invite our hosts to dinner one night, to thank them for being so accommodating. This is a 5-star for sure.
