1.) Lage, Pool und Gartenhecke 5 mtr von der Hauptstrasse entfernt, viel Lärm tagsüber. 2.) Wir mußten uns selbst einen Wasserkocher, eine Filterkaffeemaschine und einen einfachen Grill kaufen 3.) Eine Matratze für ein Einzelbett war für einen Erwachsenen viel zu weich, mlt Zustimmung des Vermieters haben wir eine neue Matratze für 100 gekauft. Auf das Geld warte ich heute noch. 4.) Trotz 4 Wochen Vorlaufzeit hatte der Vermieter für die Rückübergabe des Hauses keine Zeit und ich konnte somit zu etwaigen Schäden keine Stellung nehmen, die Übergabe der 100 für die Matratze wurde somit auch übergangen.5.) Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine nicht gleichzeitig nutzbar weil, wie uns passiert, dann die Küche unter Wasser steht 6) Haus ist zwar schön eingerichtet aber für mögliche 8 Personen bei z.b. schlechtem Wetter viel zu klein, eine Dreier Couch zum Fernsehen reicht nicht Zusammen gefasst : ich würde das Haus nicht nochmal mieten und vom Verhalten des Vermieters nach der nicht Anwesenheit bei der Rückübergabe war ich persönlich enttäuscht,

Toller Urlaub, tolle Immobilie. Eine Kombination, die man sich wünscht!

Wir waren erst zu dritt und dann zu fünft im Haus. Es war alles wie beschrieben, alles sauber und alles vorhanden. Der Platz war absolut ausreichend und alle haben sich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Andres war ein super Gastgeber, immer erreichbar bei Fragen und schnell, wenn es kleinere Probleme gab. Der Wind hat den Sonnenschirm zerstört und einen Tag später hatten wir Ersatz. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation. Kleinere Abstriche gab es nur bei wegen der Lage direkt an der Straße. Der Geräuschpegel ist einfach da und war für uns kein größeres Problem. Allerdings hatten wir das so nicht erwartet. Vielen Dank für den superschnellen Urlaub! Wir würden das Haus immer wieder mieten. hatten wir Ers
