Accommodation located in peaceful surroundings. El Pueblo, Cónchar is located in the Valley very close to the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada and the Alpujarra lecrin.
The farmhouse La Era is a new construction built on top of the town, so that from it you can enjoy wonderful views. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles (with single beds) and one with double bed. Fully equipped kitchen to the lounge with a wooden bar. The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor and a wonderful terrace to enjoy the magnificent views of the environment in which the home is located.
The house has a washing machine, linens and towels, TV / cable / satellite, electric hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, shower, bathtub, bidet, BBQ, cot, table games, books, parasol, iron, ironing facilities, heating, working fireplace.

Casa perfecta calidad precio
Casa preciosa en un pueblo pequeño y bonito con terraza con vistas a sierra nevada. Todas las comodidades dentro de la casa, menaje, electrodomésticos, chimenea, radiadores, mantas, sábanas ... La dueña un encanto y nos dio todas las facilidades. Sin duda recomendado.

Superbe vue sur la Sierra Nevada dans une très belle maison Andalouse.
A mi chemin entre la Méditerranée et la ville de Grenade nous avons passé un très bon séjour a Conchar et profité de la fête locale de San Roqué, c'est la troisième fois que nous venons à Conchar et peut être pas la dernière !

Disfrutamos un montón de nuestra estancia en Cónchar. La casa es preciosa, superlimpia y muy acogedora. El pueblecito de Cónchar es muy pintoresco y acogedor. El entorno ideal: Granada y las Alpujarras inolvidables. La casa está muy bien situada: a 4 kms. de la autovía de Granada-Motril (aunque te parezca estar en un pueblecito perdido!), a 25 kms. de Granaday muy cerca de las Alpujarras y de la costa granadina. Mar Palomino: encantadora!

El entorno ideal: Granada y las Alpujarras inolvidables. La casa está muy bien situada: a 4 kms. de la autovía de Granada-Motril (aunque te parezca estar en un pueblecito perdido!), a 25 kms. de Granada y muy cerca de las Alpujarras y de la costa granadina. Unos días increíbles!!
La casa es una pasada, limpia, bien cuidada, con chimenea, terraza con barbacoa...tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días perfectos. El entorno es idílico, con unas vistas a Sierra Nevada inmejorables. Nosotros somos un grupo de jóvenes con niños pequeños por lo que nos vino muy bien el parque y el polideportivo que hay justo al lado de la casa, disfrutaron a lo grande. El pueblo es muy acogedor y tiene varias rutas para salir a pasear y disfrutar del paisaje. No podía finalizar el comentario sin antes nombrar y agradecer el trato de la dueña, Mar, servicial y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. No sólo recomendaría la casa 100% si no que en cuanto tengamos la posibilidad volvemos seguro!!!

Lugar agradable y casa muy acogedora.
Llegamos entre semana para pasar unos días. La casa es muy agradable y cómoda.
La situación muy buena, ya que pudimos subir a Sierra Nevada que está muy cerca e ir a la playa a unos 25 minutos.
Seguro que repetiremos.
