On the ground floor there are three bedrooms consisting of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size double and a twin. The dwelling also has a ground-floor bathroom, a utility and a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a patio area and lawn with furniture and a barbecue, as well as ample off-road parking and EV charging available. 2 Wheal Turnavore is a glorious property to base your exploration of Cornwall.
Amenities: Underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Underfloor heating and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Three hairdryers provided. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Ample off-road parking. Garden with patio and lawned area with furniture and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. First dog Free of charge, second £25 per week. Two dog beds (without cushions) and 2 dog bowls provided. Dogs welcome at property however please note that not all boundaries are fenced and therefore the garden is not enclosed. Sorry, no smoking. Village shop 5 - 10 min level walk, pub 0.6 miles.
