Perfect vacation

From booking to stay was perfect. Adrian was an excellent host the apartment was as described. Extremely clean and situated in a very quiet neighbourhood with shops restaurants and the beach all within 5 minutes walk. Will definitely be back Thank you Adrian.

Excellent host

Great stay in this beautiful apartment in a very nice peaceful location , but only 5 mins from any shops , bars , restaurants and beach . Everything there for your holiday needs ,great area outside to relax and sunbathe , Adrian the host very welcoming , informative and at the end the phone if needed , look forward to our next stay

The host was excellent, the minor problem we had was rectified quickly and caused no treal problem. He checked in with us half way through our holiday to check all ok.The apartment is central, the complex was normally well lit on an evening.We found the apartment to be spacious, the terrace is a real sun trap most of the day.Unfortunately it is not mobility scooter friendly with a small step from the pavement so regrettably we wont be returning.Thankyou to Adrian.

Great host and location

Adrian was a really great host. He kept in contact before our stay, and even arranged for us to check in early when he found we had an early flight. He met us at the apartment personally and checked we were ok halfway through our week's stay. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the beach (via steps), 1 minute from a supermarket and less than 10 minutes to the centre square with bars and restaurants. The apartment is huge and we loved the terrace and garden. The bedrooms were dark, which kept them cool. Some of the fittings are showing signs of wear but we thought it was excellent value for money and would recommend it to friends.

etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber nur 10 Minuten zum Strand

Das Appartement liegt nur 10 Minuten vom Strand und 5 Minuten von Supermarkt und Restaurants entfernt. PArkplatz vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber; Adrian hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Probleme gab es keine. Die Küchenzeile ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (wie Costa Teguise insgesamt) - aber wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt toll! Einzig eine Kaffeemaschine fehlte - aber die nächste Panaderia ist ja gleich um die Ecke...

Schöne Fewo in zentraler Lage

Adrian war ein sehr netter und guter Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren 8wöchigen Urlaub in dem 6-Parteien-Haus sehr genossen. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Die Fewo ist zental zum Strand und zu den Restaurants gelegen. Die Terrasse überzeugte durch Sonne vom Aufgang bis ca. 16 Uhr. Wir kommen wieder.

Ha sido una estancia agradable, no le ha faltado ningún detalle en el apartamento, totalmente equipado. Bastante amplio. El propietario muy agradable y atento en todo momento. La zona dónde está ubicado, muy tranquila y tiene cerca todo lo que puedas necesitar. Sin duda, repetiremos.
