Private Riverside Balcony Apartment with a great view
Comfortable apartment with a great view across the River Coltie. The apartment is over 2 floors and has a private balcony with seating area and gas BBQ for use by guests. It is 300m from a great pub that serves meals all day with a Co-Op just around the corner. It is well positioned to explore Loch Ness as well as for day trips to the west and east coasts of Scotland.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 single room with 2 bunks and a sofa bed in the living area that will sleep 2. The shower room is quite small but clean and functional. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are supplied to help accommodate infants. The kitchen has all you need to cook with a full range of equipment along with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. The living area includes a 43" smart TV with Netflix. The apartment includes 1 onsite parking space. Please note that there is a security camera at the entrance to the property for the safety of our property and our guests.

The Balcony apartment has recently been fully renovated and refurbished to a high standard. It comes with a private parking space, private balcony with a gas bbq for use by guests. It also has a full kitchen with all you need to self cater with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The apartment is also equipped with a 43 inch smart TV with Netflix and also has free high speed internet.
What makes this property unique
As well as being recently renovated to a high standard and being sparklingly clean the apartment is just a short walk to an excellent pub that serves food all day, It is an excellent location for exploring Loch Ness and Urqhart Castle and is well located to explore both the East and West Coast. Inverness is a 20 minute drive away and the Nevis Range and Cairngorm Mountain ski areas are both approximately an hours drive away. Glen Affric is a short drive away and there are numerous walks from the property without the need to travel any further.
