3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, one with bunk beds 3, in the basement very cool in summer), 2 bathrooms and 3 showers, dining room, an indoor and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, utility room, 2 verandas chairs and sofas and dining table, garden. It has air conditioning, heating with heat pump, water tank autonomous, independent car park. Elegant and modern decor; equipped with: washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, digital TV and SAT.
Included are: bed linen and towels.

Great spacious house. Clean, comfortable. Great location - 5 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins to town centre. Bakery, shops, restaurants close by.

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage zum Strand aber auch zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Es ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und die beiden Terrassen sind sehr praktisch, besonders die Außendusche mit großem Waschbecken, wenn man gerade vom Strand zurückkommt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können es jederzeit weiter empfehlen, Silvia

Parfait pour profiter de la plage

Le logement était parfait. Il faisait frais grâce à la climatisation qui était très efficace. La cuisine est très bien equipée. La douche extérieure est appréciable. La plage est juste à côté à pied. Elle est magnifique. L'eau est chaude et transparente avec des beaux degradés de bleus. Il y a un petit supermarché accessible à pied et un plus gros à 5 minutes en voiture. Une place est réservée pour la voiture dans la résidence juste devant. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Un très bon séjour pour notre famille qui donne envie de revenir.

Lage super, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Das Haus sieht ansprechend aus mit 2 schönen Terrassen. Aber die sehr hohe Feuchtigkeit im Haus und unbequeme Matratzen/Kissen haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich negativ beeinträchtigt

ECCELLENTE

Appartamento sito in un complesso residenziale a pochi isolati dal mare (raggiungibile a piedi) in una zona molto tranquilla e lontana dal traffico ma a pochi isolati dal centro del paese e dai negozi di prima necessità. Casa su due piani, accessoriata di tutto, biancheria da letto e bagno, con lavatrice, microonde, aria condizionata e una griglia esterna validissima. Già previsto un posto auto all'interno del residance ma vicinissima anche ad un parcheggio a pagamento (nel caso di più auto) a prezzi giornalieri ragionevoli. Il sig. Giovanni è stato disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta con un'accolgienza eccezzionale. Le foto della casa proposte nel sito non le riendono giustizia: è bellissima, più di quello che già sembra! Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Posto da raccomandare!

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, non manca di nulla. Gli ambienti sono ben arredati, puliti e funzionali. Gli spazi esterni sono molto belli e contribuisocno a dare un senso di libertà di movimento. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile alle nostre eventuali richieste. Super saubere Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr sehr sauber, komplett Ausgestattet inkl. zwei Klimaanlagen. Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Untergeschoss daher immer sehr frisches und kühles Klima. Zwei voll Ausgestattet Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Terrasse Ausgestattet mit Gasgrill und Aussendusche. Bäcker direkt um die Ecke und auch alles andere Fussläufig erreichbar. Kommunikation super, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Trovare una buona location può essere semplice

La casa è molto bella in un contesto tranquillo. Dove si ha a portata tutto ciò che può servire. Il proprietario si è subito distinto per disponibilità e gentilezza nel dare risposte alle richieste. Era la prima volta che andavamo a San Vito, le informazioni sono state molto utili. Apprezzatissima la disponibilità. Abbiamo trovato un la casa molto bella e adattissima a 7 persone, ben attrezzata e molto pulita. Non mancava nulla. Direi consigliatissima

La casa rispecchia esattamente la descrizione dell’annuncio. Si trova in contesto tranquillo ma vicino al mare e a pochi passi dal centro. Nelle vicinanze anche market, panificio, farmacia, bar.. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo gli spazi esterni della villetta, che permettono di cucinare e mangiare all’esterno sia a pranzo che a cena. Le camere al piano semi/interrato sono silenziose e fresche. Infine il Sig. Giovanni è stato disponibilissimo nei nostri confronti e sempre pronto a venirci incontro!! È stata una bellissima vacanza.. !! Appartamento consigliatissimo ;)

Appartamento pulitissimo,funzionale,spazioso,con patio interno ed esterno, vicinissimo al mare (a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dallo stabilimento al Sabbione), al centro di San Vito, ma al tempo stesso ubicato in un contesto silenzioso,all’interno di un grazioso residence!Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale.Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento per una vacanza in relax!Noi eravamo due coppie con bambini piccoli e siamo stati benissimo!Grazie!

Wonderful Relaxing Holiday

Spent 2 weeks in SAN Vito Lo Capo staying in Giovanni beautiful Property. On arriving in Sicily Giovanni sent a text to let us know how to get there and met us on arrival. He showed us around the property explaining everything in full. His communication was always prompt. We loved staying there, only a short 5 min walk to the beach. The property was spotlessly clean and modern and made our stay so enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying in SAN Vito at Giovanni’s place. Highly recommended Hope to return!!
