Beautiful apartment in Juan Les Pins

Large apartment with excellent finishes, complete equipment and excellent cleanliness. It is located in the center of Juan Les Pins, very close to the beach and to all kind of shops and services. Laurence and her husband are extremely attentive hosts and are always available to give advice and support for every kind of their guest's need. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Appartement très beau et bien agencé.Très propre et fonctionnel.les hôtes ont été vraiment très sympa (meilleur accueil que nous avons eu depuis plus de 35 ans que nous allons sur Juan les Pins)Laurence et son mari sont extra (nous avions les linges de toilettes, les serviettes de plage, le lit bb et pleins de petites attentions comme des bouteilles d'eau, du rosé et en plus des sucreries, du miel et biscuits en provenances d'Italie au Nutella à la fin du séjour, un régal)Un grand merci

tolle Familienwohnung

wir wurden am Anreisetag sehr freundlich von Fr. Mazzotta empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein paar Tage später kam kurzfristig noch meine Schwiegermutter zu Besuch, die Vermieterin hat dann auf Anfrage ohne Probleme noch weiteres Bettzeug vorbeigebracht, sodass meine Schwiegermutter als Zusatzgast bei uns übernachten konnte. Auch ein Hochstuhl wurde nachorganisiert. Der Weg zum Strand war zu Fuss mit Kindern ca. 10 min, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt nebenan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen/erneut mieten

Merci à Laurence pour son accueil et toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée. L appartement est propre, fonctionnel et idéalement situé. Superbe séjour,location super top

Que dire? TOut est parfait, d'une propreté remarquable.il ne manque rien,même le caddie pour les courses,le parasol,la glacière pour le pique nique.Commerces à proximité.delicate attention de Laurence à notre arrivée, jus de fruits, bouteille de rosé au frais et paquets de bonbons pour LILI notre petite fille. La location parfaite

Cet appartement est tout simplement parfait, à 2mn du centre-ville, une décoration moderne, optimisé pour la location qui convient aussi bien à un groupe de jeune qu'à une famille! Laurence est une locataire formidable, agréable, à l'écoute, qui nous met vite à l'aise et qui fait tout pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréable! Je recommande un million de fois! Encore merci

Toute la décoration est très soignée et Laurence a pensé à tout : linge de maison, serviettes de plage... 2 chambres (chacune avec télé et clim), 1 salle de bain et 1 salle de douche, 1 beau salon avec cuisine américaine, 1 beau balcon avec table et chaises très confortables, exposition parfaite (soleil le matin, puis à l'ombre pour pouvoir déjeuner dehors sans étouffer au soleil). Formidable!!

L'appartament est très jolie et moderne, il est propre et tout bien entretenu. On n'avait pas de voiture, mais elle n'était pas nécessaire parce que l'appartement est dans le centre ville et on pouvait aller partout à pied, aussi à Antibes. La propriétaire a été très gentille et disponible à nous donner beaucoup de conseils pour nous amuser le plus possible. Près de la plage, de la gare et des magasins. Un séjour vraiement formidable!

L'appartement est tout nouveau, bien equipe et la proprietere Mme Lazotta a pense a tout. Elle est tres gentil et elle garanti une vacance sans probleme. Aussie le changement des drappes etc. Est tres bien regle. Il y a un peu des bruits de la rue pendant la journee, mais ca n'est pas un vrai probleme. Merci pour un tres bon acceuil.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de Juan les pins, rénové entièrement du sol au plafond, décoré avec beaucoup de gout, la propriétaire chouchoute ses locataires de ses précieux conseils . A recommander sans aucune restriction.

Appartement superbe, déco soignée. Magnifique !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement, idéalement situé dans Juan les Pins; tout à proximité : les plages, le shopping, les restaurants. Il est très très bien équipé et j'ai adoré la déco, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour que nous passions un très bon séjour. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement S.Ribera
