About this property

Coqueto Bajo in the heart of Malasaña (Madrid center)

Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located in the heart of Malasaña.
Ideal apartment for group of friends or small family who wants to enjoy and get to know Madrid on foot :)
The apartment has an independent entrance which gives maximum privacy to the guest.
At the entrance there is a small living room with a sofa bed, TV and a well-distributed dining room; In the end super equipped kitchen with everything if the tenants want to cook and we will also leave coffee, sugar, chocolate and tea, as well as a water heater, coffee maker and toaster for people to prepare their own breakfast :)
Then a small staircase leads us to a loft where there is a double bed.
If we use the other staircase we reach the ground floor that has the bathroom with shower and a small room with a sofa bed.
