About this property

Beautiful spacious apartment in centre of village, very quiet and sunny

Beautifully renovated apartment in possibly the best apartment building in St Jean Cap Ferrat on the second (top) floor (with lift). All rooms very light and south facing, the living room and the master bedroom have terraces with outdoor furniture for dining or sunbathing. The building is facing the port of St. Jean and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches are only minutes walking distance. The flat is tastefully and fully furnished. The master bedroom features a super king size bed, the second bedroom a king size. Both bedrooms and the living have reversible air conditioning and the bathrooms have individual heaters. The kitchen is fully stocked with fine china, Riedel glasses, large selection of kitchen/cooking utensils etc. Both south facing terraces are accessed via large double French doors, which means that the rooms are very bright all year round and warm and cosy in the winter sun

Very clean and spacious apartment. Detailed instructions and information were provided by Andrew beforehand, which made check in and our trip very easy. Apartment is located in the main part of St Jean so everything is easily walkable. Highly recommend this apartment.

St Jean Cap Ferrat

Very well equipped and comfortable, sunny apartment. Kitchen is compact but has great range of cooking equipment. Beds very comfortable. Parking space only really suitable for a small car, but the owner did advise us of this and parking was available in nearby car park across the road. Great location and very scenic, with access to shops, restaurants and buses within a five minute walk.

Vraiment très bien

L'appartement est lumineux, grand, propre, joliment meublé, très bien équipé, son emplacement est idéal pour aller se balader, manger au restaurant ou faire des courses. De plus, comme il est en retrait de la rue, il est au calme. La place de parking associée n'est certes pas immense, mais en rentrant les rétroviseurs, j'y ai rentré mon monospace tous les jours. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa flexibilité.

Wir verbrachten 1 fantastische Woche dort. Die Lage ist super, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (Bäckerei, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Busstation, Strände).Die 2 Bäder sind bei 4 Leuten sehr komfortabel und die Terassen mit Blick ins Grüne wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bezogen und es lagen genug Handtücher bereit. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit, vorallem da unser Auto nicht in die Garage gepasst hat. Ein perfekter Ort!
