Lovely apartment in a great location with fabulous views. Easy to find and surprisingly quiet being so close to the strip, not noise free, but acceptable. Communication from the owner was prompt and informative as well as helpful. We loved our stay. Only downside it wasn’t long enough!

Fabulous apartment so pleased we found it. Everything you need in the apartment it’s like a home away from home. I could sit all day and look out the window out to sea. It’s in a perfect location, literally on the strip but with very little noise. Beach is on the doorstep so you have choice of beach or pool. Sun on the outdoor space by late morning into the evening. Peter was great and very responsive to messages answering any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay, spotlessly clean, really enjoyed staying here. Amazing sea views, lovely pool (although a bit too cold), walking distance of everything including a sea dip! Great communication from property owner. Would definitely stay here again.

There is only Two apartments on the complex with 2 x en-suites. The remainders are 1 x shared bathrooms, so if anyone is seeking Private WCs this one is for you. With split aircon ( hot cold) in all rooms. 197 IPTV package, fast WIFI and 180 degree sea views from the lounge or alfresco terrace.

Beautiful apartment with an eye for design and superior cleanliness. Very conveniently located.

Great little spot for a week in the sun, no car needed as everything is on the door step. Can be lively in the evening if this is the type of holiday you're looking for. Pool area is quiet and clean. The views from the villa are lovely.

Loved everything about this place. The views and location were phenomenal. The apartment itself was luxurious and had absolutely everything you could need. The beach is a minute away and the pool about 30 seconds. Absolutely amazing!! 👌

Bright spacious apartment

This ground floor apartment is bright and spacious. The 2 ensuites bathrooms were also spacious. Good sized living and kitchen area. Patio area has table and chairs for outside dining. Wardrobes had plenty of hangers and beds were comfortable. Air Con cost us less than 5 euros for the few days we were there, so not expensive Although the apartment is situated directly behind 2 lively bars, the music was stopped just before midnight each evening.Good value for the price.

We had an amazing 10 night stay at this property which is accessed from the main strip but set back a bit so not noisy. The apartment is spotless and has all the facilities you could need. I have already booked again and would book sooner if there was availability when I have holidays due. Stayed 2nd-12th April 23.

Why they chose this property

We have followed this property for a few years, we knew the owners for a few years and when the opportunity came up to buy it we did. Its on the front, all amenities on the doorstep shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, Taxis and the lovely strip Avenida de Las Playas.

What makes this property unique

Front Line - 180 degree sea views, Lovely blue flag beach just meters away. Terrace alfresco dining and bathing. Beach 25 steps away.
Communal Pool, sun beds.
Home from home, WiFi, aircon and IPTV package.
We modified it to establish 2 x true en-suites ideal for growing family or friend wanting that additional privacy.
