Private parking for 1 car, additional on road parking. No smoking.. This ground floor apartment is just across the road from the beach and is perfect for a family holiday. The courtyard to the rear of the property is enclosed, and there is a ramp entrance directly into the conservatory for easy access. Guests are welcome to use the restaurant, bar and entertainment facilities at the Hotel Expanse which belongs to the same owner. The apartment has a spacious kitchen/dining area with all modern amenities, and French doors lead into the bright conservatory.

Fisherman’s Friend makes a great base for a family holiday. Why not visit the Yorkshire Wolds and the North York Moors National Park, have a day out in York or Hull, or just have a lazy time on the beach?

Bridlington has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops as well as a busy working harbour. It’s also home to Bridlington Spa Theatre, a great venue for international acts. There’s two golf courses close by and also a leisure centre with challenging climbing walls and a swimming pool.

Danes Dyke Nature Reserve is along the cliff tops and is well worth the walk. Great for walking the dog, or if the children prefer, there’s the land train taking you as far as Sewerby. Beach 100 yards. Shop 1¼ miles, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

The apartment is in a good location and is spacious the conservatory and patio area were great, bedroom one was nice and large, bedroom two was quite small but both had good storage space. The settee cushions were well used soft and quite uncomfortable especially for anyone with a bad back. Cooking utensils were great everything we needed but some equipment instructions would have helped, there wasn't any soap and only 4 dishwasher tablets, our stay was for nearly two weeks! The parking was space was very convenient and there was plenty of road parking for additional cars. We are looking forward to going back again as we have a older dog and the beach is just across the road for his morning walks. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage (apartment) is in a good location and is spacious and comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped. We were disappointed that there were nothing provided in the bathroom or the toilet (apart from toilet rolls) - there wasn't even any soap. In the kitchen there were no cleaning products. The parking space is for the downstairs apartment and the apartment above has to park at the hotel - the staff didn't seem to know this so could have proved awkward. A few more leaflets about the local area would have been helpful. We did have an enjoyable holiday though and went to RSPB Bempton as a highlight and luckily the weather was really good.
