On the top floor of a renovated building, this Loft it's a open space flat with industrial iron framed glass walls to form 2 cozy bedrooms. Spacious and bright living/dining room and equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a big shower, window; Closet. AC. High speed internet. Smart TV w/ 100channels. Located on 5th floor (Lift until 4th).Vibrant multicultural area at walking distance to major spots: Mouraria, Baixa, Alfama, River. Tram 28, bus and metro around the corner. We are located in Intendente, Lisbon's most multicultural area, with the best seafood restaurant in town and also Asian cuisine. It's a historic but atypical and former red light district that has seen a rebirth in the past years. Today it's cosmopolitan, popular among urban travellers and digital nomads, but it still has flaws from the past (sometimes the street can be busy, messy or poorly frequented). In the flat you won't hear any noise and if you walk 100 meters you´ll reach main avenue, a beautiful square with trendy hotel, restaurants.

Great spot to explore Lisbon

The place is amazing, the pictures show exactly how cute it is. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen super functional and the bathroom very spacious. Literally nothing bad to say about this place, it was the perfect spot to enjoy Lisbon from.

The apartment was great! Two bedrooms allowed for two traveling friends (women) to have privacy, and the one bathroom/dressing room set up was great for two people to use. The building is safe, and security is excellent. The front door was on a street that is known as a transient neighborhood of people from countries whose culture do not encourage women out in the open, so we felt like we needed to be cautious for the short walk (around the corner) to an area of nice restaurants and bars. It is a 10 min walk to the hop on trolly by the Hotel Mundial and shopping area with great restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Manuela was an amazing host!

Manuela communicated really well and was flexible with check in and out times. She met us at her place both times, gave a full tour of the unit, and was very friendly. She has a great system in place for entry to the unit and it was exactly as described. Her place was very well stocked and she provided us with lots of information for getting around Lisbon. We loved our stay!

Fabulous stay in Lisboa

When we arrived Manuela was waiting for us and helped carry our bags all the way to the apartment for which we are forever grateful! The place is just like the photos and very well equipped. Close to tram and metro stations and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the space is really quiet. Manuela gave us a lot of information and responded quickly to our questions and checked on us along our stay of 6 days. She also welcomed us with a bottle of wine, water and cookies! It is one of the best places we’ve stayed, highly recommended!

Nice apartment

Really cute place with new appliances and comfortable bed. Communicating with thr host was really easy. While the neighborhood is a bit chaotic, it always felt safe. I wouldn't want to stay here with 2 people in each room because there is no privacy due to the glass walls, but othet than that, it was a good stay.

Fabulous loft! Loved it! Modern with all the essentials..espresso machine and washer. Amazing light and airy with A/C. Close to shopping, cafes, transportation and major sites. Energetic neighborhood with easy accessibility to taxis and Uber! Manuela is the best.. greeted me upon arrival and provided many suggestions for navigating the area. Checked in on me to ensure I was doing well and finding if my stay was meeting my expectations. My expectations were met! She’s the best! Would love to stay again. Neighborhood not appropriate for women

The apartment is perfect, and Manuela is amazing. But the neighborhood is not was I was looking for. It’s a busy street full on hundreds of men. I’ve never seen something like that. I was traveling with my two teen daughters, I didn’t felt secure when we were arriving or leaving the apartment. It’s a dirty street and after dinner, many men are on the street, it made me feel insecure and uncomfortable because we were 3 women traveling alone. I wish I would read about this in some of the reviews from the property.

Dear Gabriela, Thank you for your review. As you can imagine, the streets of the city are beyond our control as hosts (we report to the authorities if it's dirty etc but it doesn't depend on us). Sometimes it is messier than others due to the concentration of nepalese etc restaurants in the narrow part of the street, but I included as much details in the flat description as possible. It is also true that in the flat it's complete quiet (no noise from outside can be heard) and that in 100m you have the main avenue, square with fine hotel, restaurants, tram and easy access to the main spots walking. It is a very multicultural area

This loft is beautiful and right in the heart of Lisbon. It is very quiet, clean and well-equipped for any travel needs. The icing on the cake is Manuela -- the property manager.
