Exactly what we like Quiet spotless generous sized apartment but in easy reach of our favourite places due to a good road network very close by.Beautiful views and entertainment from local wildlife made our week very enjoyable, Friendly and helpful owners.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning area.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning area. I could not fault any of this wonderful stay we had. Great attention to detail in the cottage to make it a home from home. The wildlife was fantastic, red squirrels, pheasants, blue tit's and lots more in the garden daily. On the edge of a stunning forest. Keswick town centre 5 min drive. Lovely little town with lots going on, great cafes, pubs, shopping or walking. Whatever you need, it's there. 100% will return to Squirrels Retreat. Owners extremely friendly too.

Agree with a previous comment there is a steep slope to front door. So not good for anyone with walking difficulties. Great location for so many attractions, nearby. Walks from the house.
