Family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at La Martinoise Patio. Ideally located within a short walk of all the shops and restaurants and beautiful port of St Martin. We hired bikes which we could store at the property and were easily able to access all the bike paths to tour the island. The house was lovely-clean, spacious and very well equipped. Our hosts were accessible and welcoming and gave us lots of advice on the area. I would stay here again.

Une tres belle maison, tres bien localisee dans le village et tres calme ; avec tout le confort necessaire a un tres beau sejour. La literie etait parfaite, le linge de maison aussi.Nous avons ete chaleureusement acceuillis par le maitre des lieux, et nous souhaitons y revenir. Une petite note : La maison est sous surveillance video et il y a une camera dans le sejour et une dans la salle a manger. Pour notre famille ce n'etait qu'un detail mais cela peut etre derangeant pour d'autres.

Accueil très sympathique par Alex et Anne. La maison est incroyable ! Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, et bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située, à deux pas des rues commerçantes de Saint Martin. Un petit garage, en accès direct avec la maison, idéal pour stocker les vélos. On a, malgré un temps mitigé, pu profiter du patio arboré. La literie est de qualité ! Bref, nous avons passé une superbe semaine.

superbes vacances dans une maison de rêve

La maison est très bien située, au calme mais tout près du port de Saint Martin. Cette maison, totalement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, offre avec ses 4 chambres et 4 sdb beaucoup de comfort. La terrasse est extraordinaire et donne la possibilité de manger dehors pendant la journée et le soir (bel éclairage). La cuisine est bien équipée (four, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, grand frigo,...) avec beaucoup de place tout comme dans la salle à manger et le salon. Le garage est pratique pour les vélos. On a passé de superbes vacances !
