The host Cristina was very easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than we imaged from the photos because the kitchen, living room and bedroom are really one big room with a discreet separation. Everything was super clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. The train is just 1 station away from Santa Maria Novella, so you get back and forth from the main sites in a few minutes and the train runs every 15 minutes. There are supermarkets and shops just a few blocks away. We could not be happier with our stay there, I would highly recommend it if youndont mind to be right outside of the center of town.

The apartment was well appointed having everything we needed for our few nights spent there. The host communicated quickly and went above and beyond to make sure our check in was smooth. I will warn that the address that VRBO gives if using the "get directions" button from within the VRBO app is terribly inaccurate. Be sure to get the actual address from the host. It's conveniently located near the Firenze Rifredi train station which made getting in/out of Florence for the day very manageable, and yet removed from the chaos of tourism overload in the evenings.Last mention is that while the listing indicates having AC, apparently the thermostat is disabled during certain times, so if your intention is to turn the air on and you're visiting during a season where you can't access the AC, tough cookies.

Appartamento con tutte le comodità. Utili la lavasciuga e la lavastoviglie. Molto apprezzata la fornitura per una semplice colazione per il primo giorno. Ottima pulizia. L'appartamento è perfetto per una famiglia di 4 o anche fra amici sapendo però che fra la camera matrimoniale e il salotto con il divano letto non c'è una porta ma solo una parete con separé (per me comunque sufficiente per la privacy). In una posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro, essendo a 5 minuti dalla stazione Rifredi e poi altri 10 verso Santa Maria Novella.
