5 bedrooms: 2 double rooms with private bathroom, 1 room with 2 single beds. Baby cot available.
Two studios with double beds, sinks and a communal bathroom.
Spacious living room and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with bar. Separate storage/laundry room.
Air conditioning and central heating in all areas.
Spacious furnished pergola. Outdoor swimming pool with outdoor shower.
Parking for 2 cars, bicycles etc...

Very quiet location, but close to everything: various supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc... Arenal beach is 5 minutes by car.

Gorgeous house and pool! Check in at the house went well! Very clean and well equipped and very good WiFi and comfortable beds. Kitchen has every thing you need! You do have to have a car to get to the beaches and town! Arenal beach is fifteen minutes away in a car! Two outside rooms by the pool which if you have young children would not be good! A/C very efficient in all rooms. Parking for one large car was good but if you have two cars one has to be small! Good holiday had by all.

Beautiful property with everything a family could need

The property is beautifully laid out, with access to separate bedrooms if needed out of the main building around the pool area (for grandparents, or teenagers, for late night swims. maybe). Spacious sitting and dining areas, lovely kitchen and separate utility room, 3 bathrooms, lots of towels and spotlessly clean on arrival. Not too 'hi-end', so you can feel comfortable and relax and not worry too much about anything and completely enjoy yourselves. Absoutely lovely people checking in and leaving and available on text for questions, which are answered straight away. Relaxing and fun and would highly recommend. And, obviously, a wonderful pool for all the fun for all the family! Just overall amazining - thank you! One tiny point - the beautiful stairs are open one side, so we had to watch the 3-year old, - but it was all fine. Also, probably need a car.

Een heel mooi huis die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het zwembad is veelvuldig gebruikt en wordt goed onderhouden. De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor tripjes etc. Wij vonden het een heel fijn huis.

Unvergesslich, toller Urlaub

Das Casa Verde ist ein Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr großzügig geschnittene Räume bieten viel Platz und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Von den beiden kleinen Bungalows waren unsere mitreisenden, jungen Erwachsenen (beide 18) sehr begeistert. Der schön gestaltete Pavillon mit großzügigen Sitzmöglichkeiten lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Hier haben wir uns gerne zu den Mahlzeiten zusammen gefunden und auch abends viele, schöne Stunden gemeinsam verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Geschäfte und Strand sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Ruben, der uns in Empfang nahm, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.
