Centric and Spacious. Excellent for Families

Located in the famous district of L'Eixample, in the center of Barcelona, just steps from Avenida Diagonal and a 15-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia, it is fantastic for a family vacation visiting the city of Barcelona.

It allows you to visit Barcelona's main tourist attractions on foot. Easy access to public transport (subway, bus, tram, bicing).



A fully renovated apartment of 130 square meters, with a capacity of up to 7 people. It consists of four bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a gallery and a comfortable dining room of 35 square meters.



The apartment has 3-meter-high ceilings decorated with Modernist-style moldings and original early 20th century doors.



Apartment includes cleaning, laundry and towels.

For medium and long stays, cleaning and laundry are available.



In this apartment we take the respect to the neighbors very seriously. This is a quiet neighbour community, and noise and loud voices are not allowed after 9pm and until 9am, so as not to disturb the neighbors rest.



We also ask you to respect the common areas of the building, lobby, stairs, elevator. Thank you very much.

Wonderful VRBO and Host!!!

I can not say enough good things about this VRBO!!! We arrived and my husband was sick from a violent storm on our cruise and our host Vivian was so sweet! We stopped by in the morning to drop our luggage off while the cleaners were cleaning. She told us my husband could stay there while we went to visit Sagrada Familia. She even booked a ride for us (on her account) since we had a very colorful taxi ride getting to the VRBO. She was so helpful, telling us where to find the grocery store, drugstore, etc and repeatedly told us to contact her if we needed anything. She made sure my husband knew she was only 30 minutes away if he needed help with anything while we were out. She came over immediately to help us with the washing. She was amazing! Such a lovely woman. The place is very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect!!! We loved our stay and would recommend it to everyone!

This is a great apartment in an area where most everything is walkable. It was clean and spacious. The host met us to give us the keys and personally give us the details of the stay. We highly recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einchecken war sehr unkompliziert. Uns wurde alles Erklärt. Die Wohnnung liegt sehr Zentral und nah an Bus und Metro.Alles vorhanden Seife ,Shampoo,Waschmittel,Geschirrspültaps ,Clopapier,Kaffee,Tee,Zucker... Für 6 Personen ist die Couchgarnitur zu klein.Platz ist genug da und ein paar mehr Handtuchhalter in den Bädern wäre auch super. Ansonsten super.

Bel appartement, super bien situé. Il aurait été utile d'avoir le numéro d'appartement à notre arrivée car la personne nous attendait à l'intérieur. Il y a l'air climatisé dans l'appartement mais la fraiche ne se rend pas dans les chambres du fond. C'était chaud pour dormir. Apportez votre séchoir, celui à notre disposition n'est pas très puissant. Mais dans l'ensemble c'est positif. Je recommande cet appartement.

Großzügige Stadtunterkunft in sehr guter Lage

Es lief alles sehr reibungslos und zuverlässig, auch schon vorab - die gesamte Kommunikation mit Enrique war jeweils schnell und unkompliziert. Weil er selbst verreist war, erwartete uns bei der Ankunft seine Mutter, eine sehr sympathische ältere Dame. Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig geschnitten; sie lässt auch genügend Platz für Koffer usw. Sehr sauber und modern, auch die Bäder. Sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung - und ein netter Portier unten am Hauseingang. Fünfter Stock, aber mit Fahrstuhl, angenehme Lage - wir sind meistens zu Fuß losgezogen, um die Stadt zu erkunden, Restaurants zu besuchen oder mit der S-Bahn nach Castelldefels an den Strand zu fahren. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Misleading information

Property was in a nice, safe area but a little further out than expected....lots of shops, bars and restaurants in local area but quite a good walk 30/40 mins to la ramblas etc. Apartment was spacious and well equipped with added bonus of 2 bathrooms. BUT....2 of the 'king' bedrooms were small with poor storage for clothes etc. The main problem was the air conditioning...this is only in the main living room which is poor and only in one bedroom at the front...the other 3 are extremely hot with only a fan which makes no difference. We had to switch rooms every night and someone sleep on the sofa to allow us to get some sleep. This was reported to the realty, had a response back but not resolved....very poor service.

Perfecto para desfrutar con la familia!!

El departamiento esta muy bien hubicado. Cerca del metro,en una Zona familiar con mercados,restaurantes, parques,todo que puedes ir caminando. Sitio seguro,limpio y El anfitrian fue muy educado. Perfecto la estadia!!
