The apartment has 3-meter-high ceilings decorated with Modernist-style moldings and original early 20th century doors.

In this apartment we take respect for neighbors very seriously. It is very important that after 9 p.m. and until 9 a.m. there is no noise so as not to disturb the rest of the neighbors since it is a very quiet community.
