wunderbares Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, Meernähe, viele Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist alles neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten und die Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Es ist alles vorhanden, um einen tollen Urlaub genießen zu können. Besonders schön und praktisch ist die große Terrasse, die beide Haushälften miteinander verbindet und den ganzen Tag Schatten spendet. Außerdem gibt es eine Außendusche, die vor allem an heißen Tagen eine gelungene Erfrischung bietet. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und versorgte uns stets mit prima Tipps für Unternehmungen. Naturreservat Zingaro, San Vito Lo Capo mit tollem Sandstrand und Städtchen sowie Selinunte (Tempelanlage) sowie vieles mehr sind vom Feriendomiziel gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich herrliche Küstenstrände, wo man toll schnorcheln kann. Rundum ein zu empfehlender Urlaubsort auf Sizilien.

La casa si trova nella campagna di Castellammare , zona tranquilla, rilassante e strategica per raggiungere le spiagge della riserva. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dal propetario Giuseppe, molto gentile e sempre disponibile alle nostre esigenze. La Casa è nuova e molto curata. Unica pecca: suggeriamo una maggiore attenzione per quanto riguarda la pulizia dei bagni. Consigliamo vivamente.

Ottima struttura

La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla, vicina alle spiagge della zona e in posizione ideale per visitare la bella Sicilia. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza dal Sig. Giuseppe che si è dimostrato una persona discreta e disponibile (quando abbiamo avuto bisogno si è subito interessato per risolvere il problema). La casa è pulita e dotata di ogni necessità; un sistema di coibentazione e di aerazione naturale la rende sufficientemente fresca. Noi abbiamo fruttato molto la bella terrazza coperta tra le due unità indipendenti. Silvia F.

UNA CASA NUOVA ATTENTA AL TERRITORIO

Ottima posizione, comoda sia alle spiagge sia per la visita di tutta la Sicilia occidentale; struttura nuova, ben armonizzata nel territorio e attenta alla sostenibilità ambientale (raffrescamento naturale e scarichi biologici); ben isolata dalle ville adiacenti; bellissima e riparata la terrazza coperta di raccordo tra le 2 unità indipendenti, molto sfruttabile; affaccio sul giardino con ulivi originari; vista mare parziale; allacciata all'acquedotto (no cisterne); bagni,mobili e suppellettili cucina nuovi e di gusto; biancheria nuova di ottima qualità. letti comodi, compreso il letto supplementare in cucina (matrimoniale alla francese). Senza wi-fi, tv e forno a microonde.
