A rustic-style house with beautiful views of the Toba River and the mountains. Nestled in the picturesque setting of the Sierra de Los Guájares. Located in the village of Guájar Faragüit, 25 minutes from the beaches of Motril and Salobreña, 45 minutes from Granada, and an hour and a half from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.<br>You can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and its hiking trails.<br>5 double bedrooms (with the option of an extra bed in two of them for an additional fee), 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, 2 bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a pellet stove. Outside, there is a pool, porch, barbecue, gardens, fruit trees, and a parking area...<br>Parties are not allowed; a fee will be charged for any extra guests not previously notified; gardeners may enter the outdoor area if maintenance work is necessary. Pets allowed upon request.

Nous avons passés 2 belles semaines dans cette villa. La maison est très agréable et très grande, à 11 nous avions chacun notre espace. La piscine est régulièrement vérifiée par une personne et est plus grande qu'elle parait sur l'annonce. Les habitants du coin sont très accueillants. Je conseille. Mélanie

Como en casa

El alojamiento muy bien, habitaciones , baños, salón,... todo grande y muy limpio. Piscina y exteriores genial. Elvira, que fue la que nos recibió, fantástica, nos prestó ayuda y estuvo pendiente de nosotros los primeros días, después nos dejo nuestro espacio, para que nos sintieramos comodos.
