Machico Beach is a spacious city apartment next to the sandy beach and is ideal for families and groups of up to four people.

The apartment is 112 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It also has a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony with sea views and private parking.

The apartment is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.



LOCATION

The apartment is in Machico city centre just 50 m from the sea and about 4 km from the airport.

Within walking distance there are shops, supermarkets and attraction centres.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to city centre, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.



REMARKS

Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.

Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up leftover food and keep food well packaged.

People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island.

Car park is suitable for smaller cars. Large cars have accessibility constraints.

There is a street passing near the building where there is potential noise from traffic, mainly during the day and if windows are open. There is also potential for noise caused by dogs in neighbouring properties and public festivals in the city centre.

The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.

Spacious and Delightful

In the heart of Machico (which we really loved) is this generous and well furnished apartment. It quickly felt like home, and Balbina saw to our comfort--even messaging us about the storm to be sure all was well. Highly recommend this "Home in Madeira."

I liked the location, the sea view, well equiped kitchen, modern furnishings, the very handy laundry area, useful car parking, communication with A Home in Madeira and the lovely friendly welcome from Rosario. Supplying beach towels is a great idea. Two very small points, neither of which detracted from the holiday but might bother other people - there was a smell of foul water in the ensuite bathroom which disappeared after I flushed all the appliances with water. And the double bed is a bit creaky.

This apartment is in the perfect location - It is a 2 minute walk to the sand beach, a 1 minute walk to old town and about 5 minutes to the grocery store. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need for a self catering holiday. The furniture and appliances are top notch and the beds are very comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine and a dishwasher and the huge smart tv was an added bonus. The

Amazing apartment

The accommodation was better than we imagined! We were welcomed very friendly, the check in was super easy. The apartment was very clean, and accommodated with all different types of necessities, like toilet paper, towels and even some coffee cups, local cake and wine! the view from the balcony is amazing! The location is perfect, very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The people in Machico are very friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend this town and this apartment for anybodies stay, it's the perfect spot to discover the island. Nothing, thank you for making our stay unforgettable!
