Description of „Villa Nova“ in Montgri/Empuriabrava:

Fully renovated (2014) single storey and detached holiday villa with air-conditioned 50 m² living room, large flat screen TV (French and foreign channels), wifi, kitchen, 4 bedrooms with beds of 90 cm contiguous or separated (optional), 1 bathroom with tub, sink and toilet and 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet, 1 separate WC.
An independant air-conditioned master suite with en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The panorama doors of the living room lead out onto the outdoor dining area on the covered terrace with a large table and 10 chairs. The large pool area is equipped with a barbecue, a boccia game field, a large heated pool (9x4m) with integrated hydromassage jets (close to the stairs), a water cascade, as well as a outdoor whirlpool for 5/6 persons and 6 sunbeds and a boccia playfield on the rear of the villa.

Driveway parking for up to 3 cars on the fully fenced property.
