About this property

We call this apartment EP7R.

This is an architect design studio with a mezzanine floor sleeping area. This open plan studio can sleep a total of 3 guests. Two guests sleep in the queen size double bed (can be set up as 2 singles) on the mezzanine and 1 more in the double sofa bed.

It has access to a green, roof top terrace with neighbourhood views. You access the roof top terrace through the main building entrance (two flight of stairs via an internal staircase).

It offers free WiFi, smart TV and A/C. Also, central heating fully controlled from within the apartment. It has a washing machine and a clothes’ drying rack located on the roof top.

Apartment EP7R is located on the ground floor, hence the entrance opens directly to the street pavement.

• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

Great little apartment in an interesting neighborhood. Walking distance to great restaurants and all the sights. Might want to bring ear plugs though.
