This delightful apartment, located in a building opposite the Grand Canal, is a mix of Venetian and modern style. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs or lift. Its location is excellent due to its proximity to the railway station and bus station. Moreover, in just 2 minutes, you can reach the vaporetto stops that can take you around the entire city.

The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

The building has a communal terrace directly overlooking the Grand Canal, with an enchanting view of historic buildings and passing gondolas. An exclusive and tranquil place, perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of Venice, ideal for moments of relaxation or sunset aperitifs.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung, gegenüber vom Bahnhof

Für Leute, die mit dem Zug kommen, ist die Lage ideal. Nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof ist bereits die Brücke, die man überqueren muss, dann braucht man auch nur noch ca 200 m gehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sie hat einen sehr großen Balkon, der aber nicht zum Canale Grande geht. Man hört ein bisschen Lärm von außen. Am liebsten würde ich gleich wieder dort hin fahren.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage. Perfekt bei Anreise mit dem Auto, da es nur wenige Gehminuten von den Parkhäusern entfernt ist. Sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auf dem großen Balkon kann man abseits des Trubels relaxen. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
