We had a wonderful stay, there was everything we needed in the home and more! The thoughtful extras were very well received and much appreciated. Thank you for making our first visit to Cornwall so great, we will be back!
A very smooth checkin. A very clean property and everything was there! Enough space in both bedrooms and lovely to have 2 bathrooms. A lot to see and do in the surroundings.
Beautifully presented accommodation in excellent location for exploring both North/South Cornwall.
Modern with everything we needed, with helpful owners near by. Would highly recommend!!

The property was amazing! It was lovely and clean and had all the facilities that we required. It's ideally located approx. 10-15 from everywhere! Would definitely recommend and hopefully we'll stay again in the future!
We have stayed in seven vacation homes in our seven week tour of Scotland and England and this is by far the nicest! Thank you Helga and Gary for making our stay perfect.

Thank you James, and for leaving the place so tidy !! I'm sure our future guests will be able to make use of the things you left.
Piran's Pad is clean and cosy and a wonderful place to return to each day. Lovely little thoughtful touches made our holiday so much nicer and thank you Helga for the fantastic cream tea and biscuits when we arrived!
Really impressed with the property, it was clean, spacious, modern and very well equipped. Loved the underfloor heating in the kitchen. The extra touches like Cornish scones, jam, cream, tea, coffee, milk, dog treats was much appreciated. The location was nice and quiet, had parking and a good size garden. The rear entrance with the dog was great and hose to wash down should you need it. It was also a great location for exploring the north Cornish coast. Beautiful beaches and towns such as Padstow not far at all. Thank you for letting us stay, we hope to be back one day :-)
Glad you had a nice stay, what could we have done to improve your stay, as you have rated 4* so we are concerned that something was not right for you. If you could say what the problem was we can sort it out . Helga
Very lovely bungalow. Has everything you need. It is very beautifully decorated. Helga is obviously very thoughtful and left a very delicious welcome pack.

Thank you for leaving it so clean it is much appreciated 😊
This was our second stay and it was as expected, brilliant. The standard of everything was exceptional and the personal touches such as the welcome pack and card for us and the dogs were again brilliant. The neighbourhood is quiet and access to quiet country lanes for the morning dog walks is very easy. A big thank you Helga and we will be back next year.
Beautiful property in a great location, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The bungalow is very well equipped and comfortable. We had many lovely days out, in both the north and south coast. The village of St Teath is very pretty and the village pub was friendly with a nice beer garden at the back. We've found Cornwall in general to be very dog friendly and again this year we had no problems taking our dog anywhere. Thank you Helga and Gary for letting us stray and for the welcome treats (Stan says thank you too for his) x
The hosts were prompt with any enquires. The property was immaculately kept, everything as described by the hosts. The perfect home from home. Located in a great position for us to plan great days out.
Highly recommended.

The house was spotless and contained everything you might need a home away from home. The welcome gifts were incredible, their was even treats for the dogs. We definitely recommend Pirans pad for a lovely holiday! Thanks so much for letting us stay it was an amazing Week😍
was a great deal evan
Amazing layout, thought of absolutely all of the essentials you could possibly need. Delicious cream tea, cakes, biscuits, milk and even some dog treats. We really enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful property, clean, as described. Cannot fault anything, would highly recommend. Only problem was that we were there for the Euros final which didn’t go Englands way!!
We are regular visitors to Cornwall and usually stay near the north coast and so Pirans Pad is ideal. We are delighted that we have found this outstanding bungalow and will certainly return in the future. The bungalow is situated in a peaceful location, it is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The local pub is within walking distance and good for an evening meal and the village cafe has a great breakfast menu.

Hello I'm Helga the owner of this property, we love staying in cottages ourselves and we have tried to put everything in the bungalow that we would want to make a stay enjoyable.
Why they chose this property
It's all on one level, off road parking for 2 vehicles ( we have had a van and a car on the drive). Near to a lot of the attractions but set in a quiet position so you can unwind after a day of serious holidaying .
What makes this property unique
Dog Friendly each bedroom has its own bathroom, easy drive to main road but far enough away so little or no traffic noise
