Holiday home in the 1st dune row with a beautiful view of the North Sea at Nr. Lyngby. The cottage is tastefully decorated and nothing is missing here. The heart of the cottage consists of a large and open living room with a sloping ceiling in connection with a nice kitchen / dining area and large alcove, where you can enjoy a good book while enjoying the warmth of the crackling wood stove. There is room for everyone to meet and enjoy cooking, meals, games, a good movie or whatever the mood dictates. From the living room you have through the tall windows a fantastic view over the dunes towards the sea. There is a spacious bathroom with shower and three good bedrooms with closet space. From the living room there is access to the southwest-facing terrace, part of which is covered. Here there are good opportunities to enjoy the summer sun and heat as well as the fantastic surroundings and the beautiful nature. There is garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue available. On the terrace to the south there is an opportunity to close off and here there is a good opportunity to find shelter. The cottage is only 50 meters from Nr.Lyngby's lovely sandy beach. It is not as wide as many other of the west coast beaches, in return it offers other sights such as an old cemetery and bunkers from World War II. The slopes are steep and often lure paragliders to the area, a fascinating sight! I Nr. Lyngby, the sunset place is always worth a visit, just as a walk in the sand hills at Rubjerg Knude or an excursion to the animals in Family Farm Fun Park will be a success for young and old. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
