The apartment:
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator and disabled access.

It consists of two bedrooms and has capacity for six people. With attic ceilings, spacious and cosy, it has all the amenities to guarantee maximum comfort.

The main bedroom, with a double bed, has built-in wardrobes and a marble bathroom with a shower.

The second room has two single beds and a large storage space.

The independent, modern and functional kitchen, has all kinds of utensils and appliances, in addition to an eating area.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and two comfortable armchairs to rest. In the dining area, there is a beautiful round table.

The second bathroom has a shower with a screen.

Wi-fi, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
