This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, between the Austrias neighbourhood and La Latina, in the oldest and most beautiful part of the city. It enjoys an excellent location in Cascorro square with Duque de Alba street, a few metres from Cebada Market, Toledo street and Plaza Mayor. The Rastro, a traditional open-air market, is held on Sundays in the surroundings of the apartment. On this day, traffic is cut off until midday.
La Latina is a must-visit neighbourhood in Madrid. It is one of the most authentic places in the city, with tapas bars and restaurants and many sites of artistic interest. Walking through its small streets is a true delight. From this area, it is very easy to reach the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum or the Botanical Garden with a pleasant walk.
The apartment:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Notice: from August 1st to December 15th, 2022, conditioning works will be carried out on the fourth floor. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
