The apartment has everything anyone would look for in a perfect accommodation, air conditioning, independent electric heating, internet, and of course the necessary kitchen equipment for a pleasant stay.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The living room, very pleasant, has been arranged with two elegant black individual armchairs and a comfortable 3-person sofa. It has a new flat-screen television with all local channels. Moments of rest are guaranteed.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 250 metres from the apartment. The apartment does not have air conditioning.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
