Luxury Apartment in Puerta del Sol Madrid

Enjoy a spacious and well-connected stay in central Madrid. This three-bedroom apartment offers a modern, practical, and comfortable environment. With ample living space and thoughtful amenities, it accommodates up to seven guests, making it suitable for families or groups.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only permitted for work, study, or medical reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide documentation proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and penalties may apply.

The apartment features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed (two single beds). There is also a sofa bed in the living area, providing additional sleeping space. All bedrooms include built-in wardrobes.
The apartment has two modern bathrooms: one with a shower, and another with a shower and bathtub. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils, and it flows seamlessly into the living and dining area. The living room features a comfortable sofa and two small balconies overlooking the street, providing natural light and a pleasant outdoor view.

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Toilet paper rolls: 2
- Kitchen paper roll

- Maximum capacity: 7 guests
- Located on the second floor with lift access (a short flight of stairs is required).
- Wi-Fi included
- Air conditioning and heating included.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean upon checkout; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. An additional pet after check-in costs 150€ per stay.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-paid deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always have access to the property in the event of any unforeseen issues that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.

This property is intended exclusively for non-tourist stays. Reservations are only accepted for work, study, or health-related purposes.
Guests must provide supporting documentation proving the reason for their stay. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in guests not being permitted to stay at the property.
