The 70-square-meter detached cottage is located within the Rivaverde Village and consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a veranda. The spacious 100-square-meter private garden, fully fenced with a mesh fence and a tall hedge to keep pets safe, ensures maximum privacy. It is equipped with a table, chairs, an outdoor hot-water shower, a barbecue, a parking space, and outdoor tables.
The cottage is located within the Rivaverde village, a very quiet and well-maintained setting surrounded by greenery. A supermarket, bar-restaurant, pizzeria, general store, newsstand, arcade, and ice cream shop all face a small square at the village entrance, where all entertainment activities take place. There’s also a playground for the little ones, as well as basketball, beach volleyball, and football courts. Entertainment is provided in July and August.
The sea, just 200 metres from the village, is crystal-clear with kilometres of fine, golden sandy beach—ideal for children. The equipped beach (Bagno Elia) is accessible from the main road, while the public beach—reachable via a trail nestled in the natural surroundings of Sterpaia Park—also features a designated dog beach. The beach has held Blue Flag status for several years. Bagno Elia also features a small swimming pool, and a gazebo with two sun loungers and two deck chairs is at your disposal on the beautiful stretch of Mortelliccio Beach.
