Living area: Classically decorated living area with original beams, 2 leather sofas, coffee table and electric fireplace. On the opposite side to the tv you'll find a moments of peace with a massage chair and window looking into the garden. This is a perfect reading nook.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom has 1 double bed, plenty of room for storing clothes and plenty of space to move about. This is the perfect space to go and have a bit of time away. Includes tv.

Perfect Home in Cornwall

Eine perfekte große Unterkunft ohen Abstriche. Garten, Haus, Lage alles optimal. Von hier kann man viele Ausflüge machen (Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten,Wanderungen) Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Highlight sind die liebenswerten Gastgeber die sich um wirklich alles in kürzester Zeit kümmern. Besser geht es nicht. Cornwall und das Haus eine absolute Empfehlung. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage. We (a family with three kids 12,9,6 from Germany) had two wonderful weeks. Cottage ist spacious enough for 5 and well equipped. The Garden is huge with seaview, horses and the cat Ziggy. Our Kids loved the animals and the opporunities to play in the garden (Hide an seek, football, cricket, catching) Perfect start to explore Cornwall. Stunning beaches around (nearest about 10 min drive) Car required. Wonderful landscape and landmarks to visit. But the best are the hosts. Keith and Carol bringing heartwarming flair into your holiday. Kevin takes care of any need you have (e.g. anything ist broken he will fix it in a minute) Absolut recommandation.

Hidden Gem Great Location

This really is the most amazing cottage with every little need catered to. The Hosts are wonderful. Perfect location for exploring cornwall but still have your little bit of tranquility and peace away from busy towns. Everything down to towels and bedding is beautiful and top quality We will definitely return again.

Quiet retreat with gorgeous garden.

This was a wonderful and well-equipped home. The owners live adjacent to the property and we’re gracious, attentive and accommodating. It is located on a farm with expansive views of the countryside and the ocean in the distance. It was convenient to many towns and beautiful coves. It was perfect for all of our needs.

The property is outstanding with gorgeous gardens and wonderful hosts.

Paying and renting through vrbo was a nightmare. Alot of time wasted purely trying to pay the 2nd instalment for the holiday. Was not impressed with the hassle and amount of time spent trying to sort.

Fabulous cottage and garden

We had a magical week in Cornwall. The cottage is perfectly located and is a short trip away to Penzance, St Ives and many great gardens and beaches. All appliances are provided (including washing machine and tumble dryer), the only let down (but this can be said in general for Cornwall) is internet and phone reception. It was three adults and a 5 year old during this stay and the place is a great size. The towels are super soft and the beds are comfy! The check in and check out is super easy. The pictures really don’t do justice for this cottage and garden. We would highly recommend this letting to any age group!

The beginning of Eve Lettings started after inheriting ‘number 6’ over a year ago, and after a full year of renovating and enhancing my grandads apartment into a light, spacious and open plan apartment with original features, I then rightfully renamed the apartment ‘Royle View’ after our beloved grandfather John Royle and there we were, my first holiday let.

This was the start of Eve Lettings and now we are growing into a family run holiday letting business and are constantly ‘hand picking’ even more wonderful, bespoke properties to our books with the aim of making your St Ives holiday perfect!
