The apartment was great and in a terrific location! The complex is right on the beach, with restaurants, beach clubs, and shopping all around. It's also a relatively short walk to the historic old town, which is a must-see! The apartment is located on the top floor of the complex with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The only potential negative is that there isn't a toilet on the lower floor, but it honestly wasn't an issue.

This is a great unit for rent right on the beach in Marbella. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and easy stay. Its central location makes it easy to get to the grocery store, restaurants and entertainment, no car is necessary. The unit is on the top floor of the building and provides for a great view. The front desk team is super helpful as well for answering questions.A few notes to consider - the complex is a bit dated and some features reflect this. You will be able to hear your neighbors as the walls are very thin. The elevators are slow and tiny. The pool complex is great but will cost you 3 per chair to use. Overall, if you're planning to spend time in Marbella and want a convenient, comfortable place to stay, I do recommend this unit.

Lägenhet med bra läge i Marbella och reception med dynget runt öppet är guld värr för oss.
Ok standard för att vara Spanien, lägenheten var hel(förutom en stol på balkongen) å ren men något sliten.
Man bör inte vara höjdrädd då lägenheten är på 9 vån och räcket känndes inte helt förtroendeingivande samt att de lyckats gjuta lite för bra fall på balkongen...
En toalett på en lägenhet med fyra bäddar är även i underkant men man får vad man betalar för.
Att huset sen tar betalt för solstolarna vid poolen tycker jag är lite tråkigt särskilt när vattnet inte ena är uppvärmt.
