About this property

Casa Grumete, moderno y actual

Grumete is a cozy duplex, with its own style, simple and functional. Modern accommodation where design and pure materials merge, rooms with lots of natural light and a cozy terrace with barbecue.



The whole house has 300MB Fiber 4G and Wifi cable internet. In one of the rooms there is a desk for those who need to work telematically. Smart TV in the living room.



On the ground floor, it has a beautiful terrace with an outdoor shower ideal for when you return from the beach, a spacious living room with a wonderful César Manrique-style wooden staircase, a full bathroom and a fully equipped independent kitchen: oven-microwave, ceramic hob , dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and all appliances: washing machine, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, kettle and a utility room where you can leave sports equipment such as bicycles.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third with a bed and a desk. We also find the other full bathroom.



There is free car parking in the street

Nicht weit zum Strand und super ausgestattet. Toll, dass bereits eine Flasche Wein und Bier sowie Snacks für uns da waren. Es hat alles toll geklappt. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein super Urlaub!

Wir waren mit fünf Personen (drei Erwachsene, zwei Kleinkinder) in der Casa Grumete. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, hat zwei wunderschöne Bäder, eine reichhaltig eingerichtete Küche und bot uns viel Platz. Den Aussengrill haben wir gerne genutzt. In der Früh konnten wir unseren Kaffee auf der sonnigen Terrasse genießen. Alles war top sauber! Ein Einkaufscenter mit einem großen Supermarkt ist quasi um die Ecke. Nach einem Fußweg von ca. 10 Minuten erreicht man den Strand mit einer schönen Promenade und einigen guten Restaurants. Unsere Kontaktperson Bettina war sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Alles absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder! Leider haben wir Bettina nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Wenigstens ein kurzes Treffen wäre schön gewesen.

Well furnished and comfortable house

The house was as described and shown in the photos. We had an enjoyable and comfortable two months. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to prepare all the meals we desired, after Bettina showed us how to use the combi microwave / convection oven. The cleaning staff that came every two weeks did a good job. Thank you Mónica and Bettina; we can highly recommend this property. Oy and Todd
