One of the greatest attractions of Villa Cuxach Can Paco is its spectacular outdoor area. The villa has a refreshing private pool, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. In addition, it has a spacious shaded terrace, ideal for enjoying evenings outdoors. The barbecue area, equipped with a countertop and located just in front of the pool, offers the perfect space to prepare meals with family or friends, creating a unique outdoor cooking experience that invites you to share special moments.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Paradise in Pollenca

We loved this villa, it was perfect for us, close to shopping and restaurants and beaches but private and quiet. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy Mallorca! I cannot think of anything :)

We had a lovely 2 weeks in this villa. 2 couples had plenty of space. 2 of us spent a good portion of time laying on the sun loungers and cooling off in the pool. The other 2 hired bikes and were out and about. The garden was lovely with a large pond & 2 smaller ponds all fenced in. The amount of frogs, & the way they chatter away all day was lovely. We saw 1 large koi in the pond & if you stood near the pond in the morning he came over to say hello. 2 of us love being in the Pollença/Port de Pollença area & the others had never been to Mallorca before. The villa is situated in a lovely quiet area but also within easy reach of shops, restaurants, the beach & the countryside. We had a car to each couple so getting out and about was easy. We would come back to this villa again. The bikes were hired from 2 Go Cycling in Port de Pollença. Bikes are booked through their website. You need to take ID & the address of where you are staying when you collect a bike. We had 1 minor issue with the villa. The WiFi was very temperamental & needed to be restarted regularly. It couldn't always cope with all 4 of us being on devices at the same time. (I know that we sound like an unsociable bunch but the boys were planning routes & uploading/downloading maps for bike rides). I don't think we'd have been able to watch Netflix (for example) through the laptop. Just a warning if you've got kids on tablets watching things.Booking was straight forward with good communication & information.

We love hearing that the koi fish and the constant chorus of frogs added an extra touch of charm to your holiday. We are also very pleased that the location worked so well for both couples, both for those who already knew the Pollença and Port de Pollença area and for those discovering Mallorca for the first time. The combination of tranquillity, nature, and easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops, and the countryside is one of the villa’s greatest attractions. Thank you as well for your comments regarding the Wi-Fi connection. We are sorry that it was not always stable, especially when several devices were connected at the same time. We will take note of this and review the system to see how we can improve this aspect and provide a more comfortable experience for future guests. Nice but could be better

The location is great and really private however the Villa is quite dated and had a very strange smell. The pool needs to be better signposted, at 2M deep it is very dangerous for children. Ours can swim but it still meant having to be near them outside at all times. The outside area is quite heavily affected by Mosquitos. In my belief because the pond is badly maintained and gives a great breeding ground for them. The lack of cleaning materials makes maintenance harder than it should be. With all of these things said it is still a good value Villa but it could be amazing with the right care.

Un jardín muy bonito. Piscina y bbq muy chulas. Atención muy rápida a todas las incidencias. El aire acondicionado es imprescindible. La casa es demasiado básica: cocina incómoda, fallos en servicios esenciales como el gas y el agua, la nevera apenas enfría y pierde agua, mobiliario demasiado sencillo e incómodo. Un segundo baño muy pequeño.

Nicht nocheinmal... schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Die Lage ist toll. Es ist ruhig und Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Das ein- und auschecken ist dank Schlüsselbox auch unkompliziert. Allerdings gibt es leider viele negative Punkte: - die Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt und stank widerlich nach dem Schweiß des Vorgängers. (Wir mussten erstmal alles waschen!) - Schlafen geht nur mit offenem Fenster und Ventilator, da es keine Klimanalage gibt. Eigentlich machbar, allerdings wird man total verstochen, weil die Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern entfernt wurden (man sieht noch Reste) und es einen Teich im Garten gibt! - der eingezäunte Teich im Garten (sieht man auf den Bildern nicht, weil er von Palmen verdeckt ist) ist eine Schande für den eigentlich schönen Garten. Es ist mehr ein Tümpel mit Fröschen, die gerne auch zum Pool rüber hüpfen. Wir mussten dreimal einen Frosch aus dem Pool keschen. - Vieles schlecht gereinigt oder funktioniert nicht: Gläser, Geschirr, der Pool (Schmierschicht - es reicht nicht, wenn man nur chlort!), kaputte Steckdosen sind einfach abgeklebt... Dann wird man vor Ort darauf hingewiesen, dass eine Gebühr von 250 Euro fällig wird, wenn man das Haus sehr dreckig hintgerlässt. Bei dem widerlichen Zustand, würden uns mindestens 250 Euro zustehen. Leider ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sehr schade!

+ sehr schöner Außenbereich (Garten mit Terrasse, Pool und Teich) + ruhige Lage + Supermärkte in der Nähe - Klimaanlage (nur in einem Schlafzimmer vorhanden) und WLAN haben nicht funktioniert - Anruf wurde nicht beantwortet - Ausrüstung in der Küche könnte besser sein
