Splendid, exterior, street floor flat, with big windows, charmingly decorated and equipped to the last detail in order to make you feel at home. The building is located in a semi-pedestrian street. Both the street and the building are safe and quiet (they are very close to a Police Station), which makes it ideal to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.There is a 37'TV, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, parquet floors and the kitchen is equipped with high end electrical appliances: washing machine, dish washer, fridge. The water pressure of the showers is fantastic, one of the showers has hydromassage.Our location is perfect to walk the city and it is also very well connected by metro, bus, train and electrical bicycle.
In addition, we offer the following on-demand services:- Car Parking 200m: 20euros/day- Cleaning service + bedsheets change: 40euros/service- Door to door laundry service (cleaning and ironing): 5´75euros/kg- Cleaning service (check with us)- Safe-deposit box (check with us)- Early check-in, late check-out depending on availability
