The Space

Located in a truly unique setting, Villa Acquapietra was originally the farmhouse of the peasants of the estate “Le Corti dei Principi Corsini”.

Today, this charming Tuscan rustic residence has been transformed into a luxurious country villa, meticulously renovated, with every detail carefully attended to and equipped with all the comforts.

The magnificent garden allows for unforgettable walks without ever leaving the property.

The spacious wooden decked pool overlooks the vineyards and includes a unique wooden solarium where you can enjoy summer days in complete privacy.
Also in the garden, you’ll find a beautiful stone terrace shaded by an exquisite wisteria pergola and, not far away, a barbecue area with four stations for your summer grill parties—the nearby stream and the valley’s configuration even provide an unexpected cooling effect in the evening!

Overlooking the Chianti vineyards, the terrace is perfect for lunches, dinners, or private events, and can accommodate up to 70 guests.

The interior has been designed to offer guests comfort and relaxation.

The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning to ensure a perfect rest even on the hottest summer nights.

The en-suite bathrooms, styled in rustic design, add an extra layer of comfort to your stay.

In addition to the bedrooms, the villa features a lounge with a fireplace for winter evenings, a large modern and functional kitchen, and various service areas, while the grand Renaissance hall can host up to 40 people.

You arrive near the villa via a scenic private country road of about 1 km.
A private parking area is fully available and attached to the house.
