Why they chose this property
The house is located along a very quiet no-through road. It is a country track with no adjacent neighbours, yet has so many beaches only 15 -20 minutes drive away including; Gwithian and Godrevy on the north coast, and Praa Sands, Prussia Cove, Porthleven, Rinsey Cove and Perrannuthnoe on the south coast.
You need a car to get out and about and visit places. It is really nice though to park up at nearby Lelant and get the train in to St Ives to explore the beaches there, the Tate Gallery and the Barbara Hepworth sculpture garden. On a sunny day we recommend you walk back along the coastal path and Porthkidney Sands beach which is part of St Ives Bay.
