Appartamento tranquillo

La proprietà si trova vicino a due piccoli supermercati, ad alcuni chilometri dal porto. Comoda in auto alla bella spiaggia di Punta Ala, a poco più di un quarto d'ora, in auto, da Castiglione della Pescaia e Follonica. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali ed una quadrupla, un ampio soggiorno, una piccola cucina e un terrazzino dove si può mangiare comodamente in sei, eventualmente in otto. L'arredamento non è nuovo. Abbiamo trovato sdraio e sedie da mare ed un ombrellone. Non c'è un giardino. Le spese di elettricità sono a parte. A Punta Ala ci sono pochi negozi e pochissimi locali per cenare, con prezzi mediamente alti.
