About this property
Blissful Escape Hengar Manor Cornwall
Escape to the Cornwall countryside to this peaceful country park. The property is a chalet style with a country seaside vibe to it. As soon as I stayed here the first time I fell in love with it! And now I want others to experience the same as I have. Downstairs there's an open living diner area with HD TV, fast free WiFi, sofas including double sofa bed and an electric recliner, a nice space for those times to relax and watch Netflix, Disney+ or YouTube on the Firestick provided. There's an open space to walk into the kitchen. The kitchen is small however fully kitted out for those days where you would rather eat in.
The main bedroom is spacious and has its own private balcony kitted out with rattan furniture perfect for a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. The 2nd room upstairs is a spacious twin room and downstairs is the 3rd room slightly smaller but still big enough for twin beds.
On days where you want to eat out there's a variety of local pubs and restaurants. If you don't want to venture far the country park has its own pub restaurant onsite.
Included in your stay you get access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, 9 hole golf course and kids play park at no extra cost. I provide golf clubs, tennis rackets, and swimming goggles so you don't need to rent them.
There's also 3 fishing lakes all teaming with fish to catch. Tackle shop on site for fishing equipment hire. For 2021 onwards the hengar manor escape room was opened which has been very popular since opening.
Also remember you're in Cornwall so never far from popular beaches like fiscal beach 35 mins away in Newquay or Padstow which is 25 mins away. And many other places! The chalet is very well placed in Cornwall for day trips out. I will send you all the travel information, house information and my personal local favourite places to visit to ensure you have the best stay possible in Cornwall 🙂👍

We had a good stay. Good location near to north coast beaches, although we had rain most days! On those days the onsite pool was great. Useful little shop onsite and restaurant. Chalet was comfortable and well equipped. Netflix and disney useful on the washout days!
Not the fault of the property owner, but out of peak season it seems some lodges are rented out to railway worker parties - no problem itself, but some vans going past early and late.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We booked this property as a base for a family wedding in July 2022, and we were not disappointed. It’s a beautiful and spacious dorma style property on a peaceful rural holiday park, faultlessly clean and extremely well equipped for families. There were six adults and two boisterous small children in our party and there was ample space for everyone. The coffee machine with pods was a lovely touch and it was a treat to sit on the upstairs bedroom balcony in the morning sunshine.
The owner (Jono) was friendly and communicative and was keen to ensure that everything was as it should be for us. A thoroughly nice guy!
We all wished we could have stayed there longer and would love to stay there again!
