A private gate and a sloping driveway lead to the villa, which occupies approximately 500 sqm and is surrounded by a vast natural plot gently descending toward the sea. Inside, a bright living area with exposed wooden beams opens to the covered veranda and infinity pool, while the independent kitchen is fully equipped for long stays. The sleeping area includes 6 spacious double bedrooms and an additional room with two single beds, suitable for two children or one adult. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and 4 bathrooms with bathtubs. Generous layouts, natural light and seamless integration with the landscape define this exceptional property.

Villa Halliv is located on the hillside of Monte Contros, just 3 minutes from Porto San Paolo, where guests can find restaurants, sandy beaches, shops, nightlife and essential services. A car is essential to access the property and to move comfortably throughout the area during your stay.

Keys are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Before arrival, guests must complete the online check-in by uploading ID documents and a selfie for all participants, as required by Italian law.

A security deposit may be required and pre-authorised on a credit card. The amount will be released automatically after the property inspection, provided no damage or irregularities are found.

The cost of final cleaning and the initial set of bed linen and towels is not included in the base rental price and will be charged separately as specified at the time of booking. Additional linen changes are available on request for an extra fee.

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Guests must purchase the appropriate bags and follow local waste-sorting regulations.
